I recently took my QX56 to get serviced at Admiral Infiniti's service department. It was so refreshing to be greeted with a professional, pleasant attitude by Brian, who was my service advisor. He went over everything that I had wanted to get done that day to my car, and I never felt like I was being ""sold"" extra unnecessary services. I had decided to wait for my car, so Brian walked me to the waiting area were there is coffee, tea, snacks, and water, along with a tv, newspapers, and even massage chairs to sit in while you wait!! My car was done in a timely manner, and came back to me cleaner than when I had dropped it off. I have not had any problems with my car since then, and I plan to take my car to Admiral Infiniti anytime it needs service.
