Admiral Infiniti in Egg Harbor Township NJ is the worst place to take your vehical for service. They order wrong parts for your vehical, Claim extra labor hours to make the sales ticket higher without ever performing the work on the vehical. Labor is charged @ a shocking price of $120.00 an hour. Going rates are generally around $75. The shop also can't ever give an accurate status update. When my car was in for service it was there for a month with a broken windshield. While in their posession they failed to clean up the glass which in turn caused body damage and broken components to the convertible top which they claim was 'pre existing'. When i finally got my vehical back, the mileage exceeded the amount that should have been on it even though it needed to be taken to and from the body shop. My car was taken on Joy rides while in their possession, while i was left without a vehical. By the way the loaner car i was givin for a total of 5 days had marijuana in the glove box putting me in jeopardy had I been involved in a traffic stop. Don't go to admiral infiniti for any reason. You will be screwed. There mission statement states we give courteous and honest service! I think NOT.
