Horrible service 3/25/2011

They don't even deserve a star. They had horrible, horrible service. I paid them to have a 10k service done on my bike and they didn't do what I paid for. I changed the brake fluid two weeks after the service because they didn't do it...even though I paid to have it done. They also put a faulty battery in my bike that didn't even meet the minimum requirements and I had to research to find the correct battery, have it shipped to me, deliver the battery to HD so they could install it. Will NEVER, EVER do business with them again at any of their locations. more

Not good for out of town buyers 3/2/2007

Called to get a quote for a new Harley. Had the money in pocket but live about 1-1 1/2 hours away. The salesman would not talk over the phone. Said he didn't have time to waste giving prices on phone. Called Orlando Harley, not only did they give a good quote on the phone, they had the bike ready to go the next morning when we arrived to pick it up. Guess Adamec has a good local customer base and isn't looking to expand. Shame, was a great ride back home though!! Pros: was closer than where we bought Cons: didn't have time for the customer!!! more
