They don't even deserve a star. They had horrible, horrible service. I paid them to have a 10k service done on my bike and they didn't do what I paid for. I changed the brake fluid two weeks after the service because they didn't do it...even though I paid to have it done. They also put a faulty battery in my bike that didn't even meet the minimum requirements and I had to research to find the correct battery, have it shipped to me, deliver the battery to HD so they could install it. Will NEVER, EVER do business with them again at any of their locations.
