I have had termite control service with Action for several years. The company has always been responsive, cortious, reliable and helpful.

Termite Treatment 3/15/2017

Guy was my service man and he explained everything to me before starting. He showed me where the termites got in. He did a great job. I went with the 5 year warranty. more

The technician Bill Kingsfield) was on time and ready to go to work as scheduled. He was polite and appeared to be very efficient at performing his task. 3/8/2017

The technician ( Bill Kingsfield ) Arrived on time and went right to work. He appeared to be very familiar with the routine and wasted little time in getting the project completed. However it did seem that he was working under a very tight time schedule. In some instances he worked so fast that he spilled chemical that was left in puddles on the patio and garage floor. We hope that his work results in elimination of the termites. more

Excellent Work 9/19/2016

Action Termite Control installed bait stations and treated four areas of my property a week ago. They were prompt, knowlegeable, professional and courteous. Their treatment plan was more thorough than any company we have used before. I would definitely recommend them. more

Termites are not a fun experience but Action made it simple and easy to take care of the problem. Eddie came out and he was on time, professional and very experienced. Eddie knew everything from A to Z about termites-he gave us a lesson on termites so we would have more knowledge. We thought the price and service was a good value and working with such friendly people was a plus! A+A+A+A+A+ more

Definitely the company to use for Termites!!! 6/24/2016

Researched a lot of the companies and after checking out Action Termite Control and viewing their video regarding their Termidor HP process - decided to meet with their inspector Scott. So glad I did - as he explained the services they provide and helped me decide which one would best meet my needs (preventative). When tech Roy and his helper Heath came (on time) he also was happy to answer questions I still had - all the while remaining attentive to his work. The job was done efficiently and I felt confident upon its completion. I would definitely recommend Action Termite Control!!! more

Highly recommend using Action Termite Control 6/24/2016

After "researching" many termite inspection/treatment companies and having viewed the video of the Termidor HP process which Action Termite Control has available, I met with inspector Scott to discuss my options - especially since what I needed was "preventative". Scott was very knowledgeable and helped me decide on the best course of treatment to meet my needs. Tech Roy and his helper Heath arrived on time and during the course of the treatment, availed himself to answer further questions I had...all while remaining attentive to the process. The overall process was very efficient and I felt confident with the services from Action Termite. I highly recommend them to anyone! more

Very Good experience 6/20/2016

The technicians were on time, friendly, and promptly went about their duties. The chemicals used to combat termites was very effective and in the 2 years or so since they visited there has been no visible activity detected. Good job! more

have had this service for 4 years and so far they have showed up ontime and inspected for termites. we have not had any indication of termites for 4 years after the initial treatment. more
