I have had termite control service with Action for several years. The company has always been responsive, cortious, reliable and helpful.

I am going by the service ZebTech provided before Action and ZebTech became one. 7/24/2014

Had ZebTech out once, other than the yearly inspections, to pretreat a cracked area in a slab before ceramic tile went down. Always friendly and courteous. more

We haven't had any termites show up, but their annual inspection gives us peace of mind. Their inspectors are friendly, thorough and knowledgeable. I would recommend them. more

Quality Professional Termite Control 7/15/2014

I heard about Action Termite Control via the Rosie-On-The-House radio program over six years ago. I telephoned them when I detected termites around the base of my twelve year old home. A tech arrived, on-time, and did an exterior and interior home inspection. After giving me a reasonable rate we scheduled a follow-up appointment for Termidor treatment. Since then they have suggested "in-ground" bait traps to detect and eradicate further infestations. I am pleased with the quality personnel who regularly monitor these devices. more

Ive had Action Termite Control watching over my house for around 8 years now. I had two different companies before them and they are by far the easiest to work with. They come to my house promptly if I need them. They are always kind and efficient on the phone. I would highly recommend their company to anyone who needs some termite control or just some peace of mind. more

Excellent Customer Service 6/28/2014

We're very happy with the service provided by Action Termite. They give us a reminder call when our warranty is up for renewal, they call ahead, as promised, after setting up an appointment and come on time. Then RJ explains what he's looking for and what we can look for between inspections. Very professional! more

Action termite has been amazing in taking care of a large termite problem inside a closet in my house. They addressed the issue, treated the closet and other suspected areas in my house. The termites have not come back! more

A satisfied customer 6/27/2014

I have been using this company for a while now, and I just had an inspection done yesterday. Robert was very thorough in checking the rooms and closets for any sign of infestation, Happily, there was none! He informed me that they will be doing automatic annual inspections now as part of their routine. I appreciate that as life gets busy and I don't always remember to schedule an inspection. I call that good customer service! more

Owning multiple properties in Tucson, I look to Action Termite to take care of the issue with the properties I own and they never fail to impress.
