I have used them for years. They have always been friendly and reliable. They have helped me out in a pinch quite a few times. There was one day the driver had just parked the truck and was ready to go home for the day and they sent him out to deliver my oil because I was afraid I was going to run out. Most other companies would have made me wait. They didn't charge me anything extra either. more

Very Reliable 2/28/2012

Action Oil & Septic in Oxford is reliable as far as I am concerned. I called and they came the same day. I was gone on vacation and came home to no heat because I forgot about the oil. They were great! more

The Worst of the Worst 2/23/2012

The owners of this company should be run out of the area. Empty promises, Lies and the run around is what you can expect doing business with these thieves. Whatever you do, NEVER give them one dime of you're hard earned money. Google the names of owners and of Action oil and you will find that they have been scamming people in the area for a long time. I wished I had before doing business with them. The worst business practices I've EVER seen. What a joke they are. Ask anyone who has lived in the area about the name Papageorge and you will be amazed of how much these people are despised, 100% Trash. I'm amazed they dare to show their face. Cowards. more

DISHONEST!!!!!!!!! 2/7/2012

I paid for 150 gallons of oil on Dec. 27,2011. My check was cashed the next day. I was on automatic delivery. I ran out of oil on 1-2-12. They brought 50 gallons with the promise that the 100 gallons would be delivered the following day. They never delivered to this day. I have written a letter to them with no answer. I have gone there only to be told that they will deliver. I have written to the BBB. I only want the 100 gallons of oil that I paid for or my money refunded. What should I do next? more

Terrible service 2/6/2012

Ran out of oil on 2/4/12 called their ""emergency"" service. Left a message wasn't returned until 2/6/12 at which time delivery was promised that day. Driver never arrived. We've been out of oil for 72 hours. Switched companies and complained to the Atty. general. Go with someone else. more

Be aware 2/6/2012

I prepaid for oil in June for auto delivery. It takes at least 3 calls to get a delivery and when they show up they only pump 30 gals....ran out of oil on coldest weekend.....promise a full tank but they have never delivered one yet...i filed a case with the attorney generals office but it sounds like they have been doing this for years. I don't understand how they are allowed to stay in business. Heating oil businesses must be better regulated. How do these people sleep at night? more

Not a reputable company 9/28/2010

Before using this company PLEASE go to the BBB and check out their F rating. They have this rating for a reason. This is not a very reputable company. They have MULTIPLE lawsuits against them. more

DONT USE THESE CROOKS 4/26/2010

I hired them to do a title 5 inspection. They told me it failed and it would cost $3000 for them to fix. I became suspicious and hired another engineer who inspected the system and told me it was fine. Google their name + complaint and you will see. They have an F rating with the BBB. Cons: They stole my money more
