I prepaid for oil in June for auto delivery. It takes at least 3 calls to get a delivery and when they show up they only pump 30 gals....ran out of oil on coldest weekend.....promise a full tank but they have never delivered one yet...i filed a case with the attorney generals office but it sounds like they have been doing this for years. I don't understand how they are allowed to stay in business. Heating oil businesses must be better regulated. How do these people sleep at night?
