These guys are the BEST! And I mean that. Every single person that works there is nice and friendly. I have never had any issues with them. I go in every month to get a loan on my stuff and have been doing so for almost 3 years now. I have even bought stuff from them for my 2 girls. Despite what the person below me wrote they are wrong. They are not thieves at all. They are a family friendly place and business. They are always straight forward and honest about anything they do when it comes down to the business. I would recommend anybody to go and shop there or even go there for a loan. They are #1 in my book. Keep up the great work guys! more

I go here to get great deals on all kinds of stuff. I also go for amusement. The cast of characters is greatly amusing. There is the staff along with reoccurring roles from certain customers and of course instances of people I've never seen before. I have worked this place into my routine so I can get the best deals, and if i get lucky see a great show. The manages and his over exuberance and big exclamations is a hoot, and seeing how the rest of the staff and others interact with him is often hilarious. Go here. I had some bills and needed money. I brought some stuff in and they told me they couldn't take some of it but made me loans on other parts. They let me know what else they took so I was able to go get more stuff and was able to cover all my bills. Super helpful and not games Just let me know there are some things they can take and others they can't. Also advised me against doing my larger items on loan in order to avoid storage fees. Very upfront and open to questions. I see them now whenever I need some help until payday. Pros: Got me money to pay my bills more

I came in some time ago and it was my first experience in a pawn shop. They explained the whole process to me and answered any questions I had. They let me know that if possible I should try to do jewelery or other small items to avoid storage charges. I ended up pawning a gold necklace and a digital camera to help pay some bills (before i got myself unlimited texting so I had some overages :/ ). They made sure to let me know to try to come back before 90 days to avoid the fees that come during the last month and 10 days (the loan is for 4 months and 10 days). I did pretty well during Christmas and got a new camera so I sold my old one that I had pawned and picked up my necklace. Then I used the extra money I got on my camera to buy a great bag and some more memory sticks. Another time I brought in some old broken jewelery I found and got way more then i thought possible. I'm a regular I stop by whenever i need some money to help make ends meet. I also stop by just to see what neat things they have and see what kinds of deals I can get. I have built up quite a collection of coins and DVD's along with some other random collectibles. Also a great source for tools. Oh yeah and I got myself some music stuff here as well. I've recommended this place to all my friends. I just love it and it is a pleasure to go down even when I'm forced by unpleasant circumstances. I go here to get good deals on stuff fairly often. Being that it is used I'm sure to test it first since they guys admit that is always the best way to be sure. I don't have issues. I test the stuff out before I buy, and in the cases i can't test (controllers, games etc) they have always let me bring it back (within a reasonable amount of time). As an EXTRA BONUS i love seeing the trolls. People who come back with items they brought weeks or even months before and try to return. Or the lady who bought something dropped it getting into her car then tried to come back in and return it as broken when she bought it. I have stories about this kind of stuff for DAYS! It's so funny when people get all upset and then after a time it makes the one manager get irate. I come for the deal and I stay for the show. I just love the shiny things and shiny people. They always beam at me when I come in and are super helpful and joke with me and ask me how I have been. I just love to come in and look at the Jewelery and other shiny stuff and when I see a great deal snap one up. OMG...If you would like to feel like you are nothing, please feel free to stop by Action Loan & Pawn. They are very rude, abrupt, and dishonest. They will not give you a loan based on the value of your items. It appears that they are hoping that you will not find the means to retrieve your items. I could go on and on about the service, the staff, and their lack of customer concern. However, I will just say that when you do not value your customer's your business will pay for it in lost revenue. They will knowingly sell you a product that has flaws or is fake. When asked why they didn't tell you it was useless, their answer will be ""you didn't ask"". Their prices will be higher than you can buy any item at retail. Honesty is definitely not a job requirement. Oh, and by the way, that first review is such an obvious fake. These guys are great, when i need money they loan me on things that no other place will. Also they give great deals on the things they have for sale. I like to go see what neat treasures they have when i have money to spend and know i can rely on them to get money when i need it.
