I go here to get good deals on stuff fairly often.
Being that it is used I'm sure to test it first since they guys admit that is always the best way to be sure.
I don't have issues.
I test the stuff out before I buy, and in the cases i can't test (controllers, games etc) they have always let me bring it back (within a reasonable amount of time).
As an EXTRA BONUS i love seeing the trolls.
People who come back with items they brought weeks or even months before and try to return.
Or the lady who bought something dropped it getting into her car then tried to come back in and return it as broken when she bought it.
I have stories about this kind of stuff for DAYS!
It's so funny when people get all upset and then after a time it makes the one manager get irate.
I come for the deal and I stay for the show.
