SUPERB WORK/SERVICE 10/26/2011

My 2003 Toyota Camary was damaged in a 3 car accident 2 weeks ago. Upon the recommendation of Don at Allstate, I took it in to Action Collision. I am EXTREMELY SATISFIED with the excellent paint job and other work done. The customer service was outstanding. What I liked best was the constant updates given to me by phone on how the work was coming and the fact that I was driven home and picked up when the car was ready. I will commend Action to all I come into contact with. My husband says "Action Speaks Louder Than Words".\r \r Marge A. more

Great Experience 5/12/2010

I had, overall, a very pleasant experience with Action Collision. Having dropped my car off on a Monday, they told me I'd get my car back the following Monday. They did a very excellent job, and the car looks amazing (bumper was repainted and fitted, and driver side door was repaired). Insurance did not help with the door and Action Collision was more than helpful working with me. The car was finished up on Tuesday with only minor, overlooked issues. The door handle in the back (driver side, inside) was not hooked up, which i brought back to them and they fixed with no issues. The tint on my window was damaged when they were taking apart everything and they had it fixed at no cost to me. Excellent shop, highly recommended. Great Customer Service, Prompt, Polite, Thorough. more

Action Collision is Terrific 12/26/2009

Over the last several years I have required collision service on several of my vehicles. Each time I took them to Action Collision. I have had work done to my vehicles which either met my highest expectations or, believe it or not, exceeded them. I have had a vintage Viper. a GMC fiberglass body cube van, a Cadillac, a minivan and a BMW 7 series sedan worked on and all came back in superb condition, When insurance did not cover repairs the owner gave me options which saved me big money and still satisfied my needs. It is a family run business operated with the highest standards of integrity and performance quality. I highly recommend this business when collision work becomes necessary for any vehicle you may own. more

Action Collision 8/26/2005

was rear ended last fall and there was quite a bit of damage to my vehicle (2000 Oldsmobile Alero), my insurance company (Allstate) gave me the name of 3 different collision shops in the area to check out.. I called all three and one was just rude so I crossed them off the list and contacted the other two.. I ended up going with Action because they were very friendly over the phone and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about.. so I dropped my car off for the repairs and they told me it would take a certain amount of days, which it did.. the work was done very nicely, you could not even tell the car had been damaged just a few weeks before that.. the shop was the typical repair shop, the price was covered by insurance so I don't really have a comment on that and the staff was polite. more
