I had, overall, a very pleasant experience with Action Collision. Having dropped my car off on a Monday, they told me I'd get my car back the following Monday. They did a very excellent job, and the car looks amazing (bumper was repainted and fitted, and driver side door was repaired). Insurance did not help with the door and Action Collision was more than helpful working with me. The car was finished up on Tuesday with only minor, overlooked issues. The door handle in the back (driver side, inside) was not hooked up, which i brought back to them and they fixed with no issues. The tint on my window was damaged when they were taking apart everything and they had it fixed at no cost to me. Excellent shop, highly recommended. Great Customer Service, Prompt, Polite, Thorough.
