Everything was explained to me in detail, what was going to be replaced and what else needed to be done. I didn't feel like they were pushy about it, like I have at other places. Great team working there. more

Bret, Marco, and the rest of the crew at Action Auto are excellent! They are very honest and I never leave the shop with any unnecessay repairs. The customer sevice is great and the value per dollar for their expertise in both OEM and aftermarket installs is 2nd to none. more

Great Service 10/13/2010

My second time here and I feel pretty good about the place. Brett was helpful in answering all of my questions and I like the fact that there's a comfortable waiting area. Overall, the price is reasonable and the service great. Looks like I'll be back to Action Auto for my next oil change or any other auto issue. more

Spot on! Diagnois very friendly and very professional group 10/6/2010

The A/C control panel went out in my F150. They checked my truck out and made sure that it was really necessary for me to buy that part. They installed the part and made sure that my truck was washed and cleaned. I will be back with all my automotive needs. Thanks guys. more

Amazing service from the first phone call to the final invoice! 10/4/2010

I found this shop on the Triple A website because my brakes were squeaking and had a really great experience compared with my usual trips to Pepboys. I walked in and they took care of me right away, only took 10 minutes to inspect my brakes. The guy who helped me, Brett, came right over to me in their nice waiting area (nice couches, flat screen tv, and coffee), and explained the root of the squeaking problem. I was expecting to pay upwards of $400 for new pads and resurfaced rotors, but Brett gave me a huge break on the labor charge (which is where they get you normally) and made sure I had good quality pads this time, and a 2 year warranty, all for HALF of what I expected to pay. You can expect fast, honest, friendly service from this place. I will be going there from now on for my car maintenance and repairs. more

They're a good value for the dollar. 9/27/2010

Action Auto flushed my automatic transmission fluid from my Chevy Silverado 2000 pickup truck. They've serviced my truck for 10 years, probably more. I try to think local if possible. I'm of the old school. I believe if you take care of the people in your neighborhood, you'll be taken care of as well. It'd be easy for me to go to Pep Boys this time and Kragen the next time and another place the third time, spreading my dollars around without building relationships. By going to Action for so many years, I've been able to build a relationship. It sort of becomes a symbiotic relationship. They've served me well, and I've helped them in turn. They've also taken care of any problems that have come up regarding their work, which has been rare. They're reliable across the board. I would recommend them to anybody in the local area. more

I have used Action Auto for about 13 years. They are really good. They come across as being very honest, and I always feel like they come through on what they say. Action Auto was able to diagnose a problem that the dealer could not. They are pretty good. I go back to them because of their service and because I think they are honest. more
