I only take my vehicles to Action Auto. Great prices for rims and tires! Great customer service. Very helpful.

I need some major repairs for my 2088 750Li. I took it to three shops for a estimate. I was greated with a smile and asked to have a seat in their lobby until someone could speak with me. All of the repairs were quoted and were very competitive. Action auto even dropped me off at home and picked me up when all the repairs were done. A day after my car was finished I needed help programming my electic windows. The dealer wanted charge me over $100 to look at it...Action Auto programmed it..for free! I will use Action Auto the next time I need auto repairs. more

The guys at Action Auto are very competent. They are friendly and helpful. They keep the records, so you never have to wonder if your car needs service. If there's any questions re. the service they are happy to answer questions and re-check the work. They want the customer to be satisfied. They have very reasonable prices and won't "take you for a ride" like some of the dealerships do. more

I've been dealing with Action Auto for a number of years, about 8-10. I've always had a good outcome with them. I think the last time I used Action Auto was for general service. I keep going back to Action Auto because they're friendly and prompt, and offer quick service that's always done right away. I think you can rely on their service, and what they say is correction Their pricing seems to be reasonable too! more

RIPOFFS 10/2/2011

Nice! I read all those wonderful comments and waisted my time at this shop.... My car had a problem and was in and out of there 3 times. Their drivability specialist was obviosly unable to repair it the first time. A friend at work told me to go to Papas Auto and the shop was ghetto but their technician Mark figured out the problem before my ride got there! more

Radiator replacement and complete brake service. 9/28/2011

I took in my 2004 Kia Rio with 105,000 miles for a leaky radiator and a very bad vibration when going freeway speeds and when applying the brake. Action Auto replaced the radiator and did a complete brake job front end alignment and tire balance. My car rides like it did when it was new. I had paid another shop to work on my car several times with poor results. I will be an Action Auto customer from now on! Best part is all work was diagnosed, approved and completed in 24 hours. Amazing! more

Action auto is a great place to have repairs done. There's 1 thing everyone looks for in a auto repair shop, Honesty. I have never been misleaded here and in turn I trust the rcomendations given to me. The staff is great! they take great care of my families cars.
