I only take my vehicles to Action Auto. Great prices for rims and tires! Great customer service. Very helpful.

To expensive they did not use my high diagnostic fee against my repairs

The Action Auto team is superb in making you feel secure that the repairs made are needed and will last. Brett in the front office always takes his time explaining in detail the necessary repair and parts. There are no other auto repair shops we will consider as we are customers for life!! more

I will say you do a good job, Tristan was a bit pushy selling me services, on my car exterior, I like to Not be talked into things that cost extra $$, I will be back, but I also get serviced at Hyundai. So thank you. Car things are very pricey to do. So I have to at this time take places that offer me coupons etc.... Catherine more

Pleasantly Surprised 3/2/2016

Took car in with a leaky tire. Brett showed me how badly worn my tires were, and gave me a fair price for 4 new ones. It just so happened that another big box store was doing a promotion on the same tires, and at a tremendous discount. Brett didn't try to sway me to stay with Action Auto, and said he'd go to the other store, too for that price. I appreciated his honesty. more

Whenever I go on a road trip to Nirthern California I always come in to have the guys check if my car might need any repairs so I'll have smooth traveliing on my 300 mile trip. more

The Lobby is very comfortable and makes waiting better. The people know their stuff and don't seem to give off that creepy, I'm going to gouge you of your money type of vibe. Pricing is reasonable, a little high, but worth it. more

They are very good 2/1/2016

Action Auto is a really good and respectful company to work with and the customer service is really good. They call you back and tell you if you need other stuff done to the car. Other companies only fix what you want them to fix. I've been there one time and they were really good. They took my car and started right on it, and they also really gave me good feedback on what was going on. The car was done when they say it would be and I really appreciate that. I was really impressed with their service. more

I've lived here for around 15 years, and have been going to Action Auto on and off since then. They give great service. I have found them to be fair, honest, and straightforward, and have used them for everything from oil changes to tune ups, and I've even bought tires from them. more

Overall, they are not bad. 11/11/2014

I have taken my car with Action Auto. The car had a lot of issues and needed a battery replacement, oil change and other restoration. There are two front-desk people who ask you a lot of questions about the issues and only take about a day to do the work. Overall, they are not bad. more

Honest and fair in dealing 10/2/2014

I love the way that Action Auto works with their customers. They were very honest with me about what the problems were, and I found that to be very valuable because it seems that nowadays companies value money more than treating customers properly. They were also very communicative throughout the job they did for me. They called every few hours about how their progress was going and were very direct with me. I think they have a very good attitude when it comes to service, and for that reason I would highly recommend them and use them again. more
