I am not sure about the service, but I encounter their employees often as I work near the office. Their employees have almost run me off the road several times, they text and drive. If you honk at them because they are driving in the lane you are in, they have road rage! They are scary, they must hire from the bottom of the barrel. I hope their insurance company sees this.
