Excellent service 7/17/2012

Daniel and Scott were our service providers on Friday 7-13-12. They arrived before their appointed time and fully explained the process of cleaning the ducts. They were both very polite and friendly, willing to share some personal insights to us "Old Folks". They did a thorough job and even fixed some holes in the ducts. There was no debris left behind from their cleaning. I look forward to having them service us again when the need arises. Kathy in the office is a wonderful lady , very professional, friendly and helpful. Thanks to you all for a good job and great price. more

I have used Action Air for many years. I was referred to them by a neighbor and it was the best advice! Get this: they are prompt, courteours, friendly, thorough, fast and don't try to "create" problems to fix. In other words, they are fantastic! They do their job! What a concept! Can't thank them and my neighbor enough. Well done! more

Great company with excellent employees! 5/9/2012

I've used Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar for many years. They come out to check the heater in the winter and the ac in the summer. I've never had a problem with them, and I like that a lot. Just recently, Brad T., came out and he was such a nice young man. Very friendly and professional. He even helped me move a chair. I felt so strongly about the level of service he provided, I called up Action Air and complimented them on Brad's performance! more

I have recommended Action to others already. From the first contact I made they were professional, polite, friendly, timely, knowledgeable, and everything else that is good. They were not pushy. It was calm and straight forward. They kept in touch with me. I had to cancel due to a family illness. They sent a postcard saying to give a call when things were resolved. That was nice. Their reputation is strong. more

Excellent customer service 2/7/2012

Alberto Arballo was direct and explained the problem and fixed within an hour. I had called another company and they could not figure it out, but Alberto found out quickly and was clear and concise about the problem. He was curtious and knowledgable. Excellent service, very professional 1/3/2012

Our air conditioning unit was installed by Action Air 6 years ago, and we have maintained a service agreement with them since then. We will continue to renew that service agreement because they are so conscientious about calling to schedule our routine maintenance checks, and their techs are professional and thorough. We are completely satisfied with this company. more

First, Action was more honest and economical than the three other competitors I talked with, and they did not try to oversell me. Installation was easy, clean, on time, and the installers were extremely friendly. While there was one minor problem after the installation, they were out here and fixed it immediately. I have been a satisfied customer of Action Air for the past 24 years 11/6/2011

My husband & I moved into a Emerald Lake Village 24 years ago. Action Air has always serviced our Coleman air/furnace. Their Service Reps are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I feel very confident they are doing an excellent job. When our HOA wanted to replace the old furnace/ air systems, Action Air gave us the best price and did a great installation. We just had our service contract fall inspection. Great Company! more

When Action Air comes, the job is done! 10/26/2011

All I know is that when Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar comes out to do the job, it gets done right the first time! They solve all my problems. The men are very polite and very professional and knowledgeable. They know what they're doing. That's hard to find in most companies, they're always having to come back out to fix things 2-3 times. Not the case with Action Air! I'm not just saying that, it's the truth! more

Can't praise this company enough! 10/25/2011

We have been using this company for over 10 years. Started out with a contract for cleaning every 6 months. Old AC went out and we purchased a new one from Action Air. The tech came out, assessed our needs, square footage, etc and made a recommendation for a model which we bought. Continued with service 6 more years at that house, then, when we moved, we called them to come service our new location. The people that bought our first home never called Action to service the units (I was giving them the remainder of our contract as a gift) When I called Action to come to the new house, I expected to have to buy a new contract but the woman on the phone said we still had two left on the other one as the new people never used it. I was very surprised. After all, we had no idea if it was used or not, and for Action to be so honest about the remaining times was a surprise. That convinced me from then on to not deal with any other AC-Heating company! The service techs are always friendly, clean and ready to work. All in all, from the top to the less than top, we have been fully satisfied with Action. more

Prompt, professional and resolved the problem to beyond our satisfaction! 10/3/2011

I think that Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar goes out of their way to accommodate issues you're experiencing. The results for us were more than 100! We have heater issues and they came out and resolved them for us. They fixed this within the last six weeks. They had also come out a year ago for a similar issue. Since the problem was reoccurring within a comparatively short period of time, they didn't charge us. The people at Action Air Conditioning were prompt, professional, and resolved the problem to beyond our satisfaction! more

Nice, professional, and clean. 9/27/2011

Action did a beautiful job! It was a very nice experience. It was the first time I had someone put a furnace in, here in my home. The people that came first did the inspection and they were very nice guys, very nice, and very professional. They explained to me what they were going to do, then when the crew came in here, they actually came a little earlier than the time they told me and started working, with very nice attitudes by the way. They had very happy personnel, and when they finished they left everything nice and clean, like nobody was there working. They explained to me about how the heater is going to be, and how the thermostat is going to work. They were wonderful, and it was a really nice experience, very nice indeed. Anna Maria Carl more

And if there's ever something that needs to be corrected, they'll do it with no complaints. They're very professional and friendly. Too bad more companies aren't like them! more

I received excellent service. 9/11/2011

I asked what the issue was and the tech proceeded to service the compressor after a few checks. After a short period of time, it was discovered that the dual run capacitor needed replacement. A full servicing was provided and a full discussion about the AC system and servicing needs. Bottom line - we received excellent service. The tech was excellent - knew his topic, kept us in the loop and educated us about the problem, age and systems available. more
