Review content:
We have been using this company for over 10 years. Started out with a contract for cleaning every 6 months. Old AC went out and we purchased a new one from Action Air.
The tech came out, assessed our needs, square footage, etc and made a recommendation for a model which we bought. Continued with service 6 more years at that house, then, when we moved, we called them to come service our new location.
The people that bought our first home never called Action to service the units (I was giving them the remainder of our contract as a gift)
When I called Action to come to the new house, I expected to have to buy a new contract but the woman on the phone said we still had two left on the other one as the new people never used it.
I was very surprised. After all, we had no idea if it was used or not, and for Action to be so honest about the remaining times was a surprise. That convinced me from then on to not deal with any other AC-Heating company!
The service techs are always friendly, clean and ready to work.
All in all, from the top to the less than top, we have been fully satisfied with Action.
