Great Company/Employees 8/8/2013

Just had an A/C installed and I want to say how pleased I am with the service and professionalism of Action's employees. Tim and Jason showed up on time, were well mannered and neat and made the whole experience pleasant. Worked hard and left my home spotless. The bad news was there was something wrong with the existing blower so they couldn't get the unit up and running. By the end of the day, I was able to schedule a service call for the next day. Bill came out and what a pro. As we were discussing the issue, he was able to diagnose the problem without even seeing anything. Sure enough, he was right, replaced the bad part and got the unit charged up and running and I now have A/C for those hot summer days. I don't usually rate products or services but these folks are great and I highly recommend them. more

don't call it a tune up over the phone ,he used his meter and hosed it off . i should have saved my money 8/1/2013

on the phone i was told i was getting a tune up on the air conditioner. a meter test was done and hosed it down. no new filter,nothing more. what a joke for 80.00 dollars.i'm going to tell everyone,do it yourself.what a waste more

Invoice #329237 Acct #118030 Second time I have had Bill on my property. Always friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. Sorry Bill, but I cannot recommend a raise in your pay as it will only translate to an increase in my service charge. You still deserved an attaboy though. more

Excellent Knowledge and Service 5/2/2013

I had air conditioning installed for the first time and my furnace replaced both with Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. I was very pleased with the knowledge that the representative Eric had when analyzing my place for air. He was able to convey the technical information in a manner that was easy to understand. I did not feel like I was being pressured or sold something that I did not need. I liked the approach very much. I was happy with the professionalism and effort of the installers from Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar. They seemed well trained and concious of customer service. I felt comfortable with them in my home and was very happy with the level of quality in the work done. I will recommend Action Air Conditioning, Heating & Solar to my friends and family. more

Action Air sends the nicest servicemen. I really liked him and he did a great job. He put in a new air conditioning and heating machine and I really enjoyed his company. I would have him come back any day. more

Everyone at this company is helpful, efficient, and polite.Tony was our sales rep, Cynthia was our admin. point of contact and Eli was the lead installer and terrific. Eli and his team worked quietly and carefully in our home. They cleaned up each day , came on time, listened to our needs and installed two heating and air conditioning units. I highly recommend Action Air Conditioning. more

Best purchase experience - ever!! 12/24/2012

We had a complete heating and air condition system installed in our 60 year old home - duct work and everything. The salesman and installers were excellent. The lead workman,installer, was Eli. Daniel, Jake, and Gordon were his crew. They were outstanding, pleasant and listened to our needs. We would highly recommend Action heating and Air Conditioning as a honest and caring company. In this day and age it is wonderful to find an honest company. more

EXCELLENT !! 11/12/2012

We were very happy with the professionalism of Tim and Gordy in the installation of our furnace, AC, and all new duct work in our home. They were very polite and professional throughout the entire two days. They left our home as they found it, even after the first day, knowing that they would be back the next. We would highly recommend them and will continue to use Action Air for any further work in our home. more

I was very pleased with the timely and professional way in which Action Air handled my purchase thru Costco and the installation. The installers were very polite and professional thru out the entire install period. I should mention they were not only professional but very clean! I would highly recommend them. I live in a Senior Community where they are involved with our residents as well. more

Wonderful. 9/14/2012

They are wonderful. The two guys who came out from Action were extremely friendly. They were just a couple of nice guys. They got along, they worked hard, and they were very great company for the day. They installed both a new heating and AC unit. The units worked just fine until a while ago, when I heard a noise, but they're coming out to look at it. It was just a little noise, and not having had AC before, I didn't know what it meant. So I called them, and they're on their way out. more

Service for our Air Conditioner 9/14/2012

We use Action Air for the Annual Maintenance of our heater and air conditioner and recently had to have them come out for a service call. They quickly determined that we had an electrical problem in the wiring in our home and recommended Sunnydale Electric here in Ramona. They came out right away and were able to find the problem very quickly. We were very happy that Action Air recommended Sunnydale Electric to help us with our problem. more

Timely, thorough, clean, friendly and reasonable service 9/6/2012

It is my honor to highly recommend Action Air Condition and Heating. The technician, Steve Jones, explained everything that he was doing and even pleasantly provided me with operation and upkeep information. I know little about heating and A/C mechanics, but after Mr. Jones explained everything and actually stood by me to assure that I was operating the equipment properly, I am confident in continuing to use the equipment. My greatest thanks go to him for his kind and friendly patience. more

Excellent Sales and Installation! 9/4/2012

We just got our Furnace and New AC installed today by Action thru Costco. We are really satisfied from Action's quick response start from providing quick price quote and scheduling the installation. We selected Action/Costco due to very reasonable price for Furnace and AC units compare to other major companies. We are really satisfied with crews who installed the units, they are very professionals. Excellent job Action! more
