Ace Computer Service

I have been using Ace Computer Service in Corpus Christi, Texas and have NEVER had a problem with them at all. They are trustworthy and reliable on all they do and say about your computers. They have built a computer for me which is over 7 yrs old. One for my great nephew which is 3 yrs old with no problems still. Only problems I usually have is something I did wrong where they have to fix it never the computer system. I am now having another one built for me. Also, I have recommended them to other people and they are happy with Ace Computer Service. more

I took my computer to them because it was experiencing pop-ups from accidentally clicking on the wrong site from google.com. I could have fixed this virus problem myself being from the San Francisco Bay (Silicon Valley IT). But, I was only passing thru on business for Citgo and desparately had to have my laptop fixed. When I went to pick my laptop up, I was charged $528 to remove the virus because they had to replace my harddrive. Whoa!!! When I got back home and showed REAL computer experts my harddrive, they removed the virus from it and my old harddrive works perfectly fine. Buy BEWARE! I wouldn't trust these guys. One has to wonder how many people they have ROBBED over the years with their ludicrous claims of bad/faulty hardware and software!!! more

I took my PC to Ace because it was making noise. They installed a new cpu fan..cleaned it out and updated some stuff, also installed a CC Cleaner which I did not know they were going to do... I could have done that myself because its free online. I got it home and it was still making noise. I called the owner, he said to bring it back at NO CHARGE for them to look at it. \r I did not use it for about three weeks, when I turned it on again it did not boot up, making more noise and beeping. I took it back to them, the tech guy took out one of the memory sticks, blew some dust off of it with his mouth... he told me that when they clean a pc sometimes dust blows around inside and caused this to happen... he ask that I leave it there for 30 minutes to an hour. Well.. the owner called me to say they had done all this other stuff to it. He said they cleaned the memory sticks... I told him I watched the tech blow the dust off with his mouth!! He said they were charging me for a service call be more

One of the first computers I had gotten went haywire on me and I didn't know enough then to know what to do to fix it. A friend of mine told me about this place and I took it over there. Well when I got it back, it was running great! They had to add some more memory and update everything for me, but it was fixed and within a 2-3 days. They know what they are doing more
