I took my computer to them because it was experiencing pop-ups from accidentally clicking on the wrong site from google.com. I could have fixed this virus problem myself being from the San Francisco Bay (Silicon Valley IT). But, I was only passing thru on business for Citgo and desparately had to have my laptop fixed. When I went to pick my laptop up, I was charged $528 to remove the virus because they had to replace my harddrive. Whoa!!! When I got back home and showed REAL computer experts my harddrive, they removed the virus from it and my old harddrive works perfectly fine. Buy BEWARE! I wouldn't trust these guys. One has to wonder how many people they have ROBBED over the years with their ludicrous claims of bad/faulty hardware and software!!!
