IIt was the weekend before Christmas and my freezer was not working. On a Sunday afternoon, the repairman came out and fixed what appeared to be wrong. The next morning , my freezer still was not freezing. They came back out and determined there was another part gone and suggested I replace the refrigerator not that part. He gave me a credit for the part he had installed the previous day and a coupon for Appliance Center. He was pleasant and honest with his information. I would call them again!!!
