\r This was the 2nd time I've called Ace. Repairman came the next day - on time. He saved me $1's by putting the gasket back in - it didn't need a new one. Will continue to use them! more

Beyond happy with the service from Ace. They responded to a call made via Whirlpool in less than 24 hours (it wasn't an urgent repair, either!). Cristian was super helpful, knowledgeable, polite, and efficient -- and to be frank, he wasn't a stereotypical ""shady, skeezy repair man."" I was happy to welcome him into my home, and chatted with him during my kitchen chores while he was working.I felt the cost of both the service call and the manual labor were fair and reasonable, and matched the estimate I was given before the work began. We will most definitely be calling on Ace for any future service needs. Thank you, Ace, for a hassle-free repair! Well done! more

I called because our ice maker stopped working and they sent Tim out the same day. He was a very nice young man who keep us informed about what he was doing. He gave us an estimate and said the part needed to be ordered. I was very satisfied with the service we received and would use Ace again. more

On Saturday morning we woke up to a warm refrigerator. We have a bottom freezer refrigerator and the freezer was working but not the top of the refrigerator. We called Ace Appliance and a courteous technician by the name of Brian fixed the problem within an hour. We did not lose food items thanks to the quick response. We will definitely call Ace Appliance again in needed and would highly recommend them. more

I made my appt. on line at ace's website. It was fast and very convenient. I received a call within 5 minutes to confirm the date and time frame. Ace sent a very nice man Mike out to my house. He called prior to his arrival which was on time. Very quickly assessed the problem and gave me an estimate. He informed me that he had the parts on the truck. He fixed my washer and had me back in business within 30 minutes. This is the second time I have used Ace for my repairs. and will use them again. more

Called Ace Appliance to fix our Maytag washing machine. Troy came out at 6 p.m. the same day to diagnose the problem. He gave us an estimate and returned promptly in two days to make the repairs. The repairs took one hour and we were back to washing our clothes. Troy was neat and polite. We have used Ace before to repair our refrigerator and wil continue to use them again. more

We contacted them at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, and they had Troy at our door at 7 o'clock that evening. He was very thorough, explained what he was doing every step of the way, and gave an honest opinion on whether to repair or replace our washing machine.\r \r We have used Ace Appliance before and certainly think of them first when repairs are needed. more

we called ace appliance on 1/26 to come look at our dryer to see if it could be fixed . they came on Mon to look at it. The technician (Jimmy) was very nice to my husband. He looked at the dryer and said he would have to order the part as the dryer was 33 yrs old and he did not have the part with him. He said it would be two days and he was right,. he came in Wed and fixed the dryer and even did some fine tuning on it. It is so much quieter and runs like a charm. My husband was very impressed with his service. This is the second time we have had ace to look at it. the first was 7 yrs ago. they are very freindly and very helphul. i would recommend them to all my friends. more

I recommend Ace Appliance , From the time I picked up the phone and called . I was greeted by friendly professional personal . Service was fast and job was completed in a very timely manner. Price was a little high . Only suggestion for ace would be if they would take the service fee for coming out to give an estimate on the job to deduct the service fee from the bill (Labor) if job is granted instead of on top of the the parts and labor estimate. Other than that the tech came in took 5 minutes told me what was needed wrote the estimate and had it fixed within 20 min. more
