Accurate Engines

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! They had my car for a total of 6 months!! Car is rendered UNSAFE TO DRIVE because when they put the tranny back in, they did not install motor mounts nor control arm nor tighten bolts, no properly install tranny linkage people!!!!! PLUS my car was hit and the back fin was broke off as well as a large dent in the back bumper. All I get is the run around!! Put on hold for over 10 minutes on 3 occasions with no one returning to the line. Have requested 3 times to speak with owner, Lanny Hassel, and not one attempt by him. I bet I have made 15 calls in the past 2 weeks, only to be told one thing then the other!!!!! EMPTY TALK! Salesman talk a bunch of CRAP and THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR WORK OR WARRANTY!!!! They even had the audacity to ask me to file a claim with my insurance!!!!!!! I contacted the BBB and will continue to pursue relentlessly as I do not want one other person to go through the headaches and stress that I have been thru with these SCAMMERS!!!!! TOTAL SCAMMERS! I am NOT the only one who feels this way! Check out all the bad reports and BBB complaints just in the past 2 years! Wish I did more research before I took my beautiful Acura in to them. I feel destroyed and betrayed by ALL of them. And what a coward for the owner to not call back. If they would have done what they promised, and not pushed me aside with empty words, none of this would have been reported. Now its on!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Never ever ever have I had such a TERRIBLE experience!!!!!!!! NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I am infuriated!!!!!! more

I brought in my old truck that I had for years, It needed a new engine so I finally took it to Accurate Engines and they installed this new engine in my old truck, and let me tell you this, I wish I would have done this years ago, accurate engine was awesome and did a fast job on it. Thank you guys! more

I had a good experience, even though a couple problems did come up. They communicated with me quickly and solved all problems as needed. When I picked up my car they were very friendly and the cost was exactly as quoted. more

They put the engine in my car about 9 months ago and I recently heard a ticking sound. They took a look at it and said it was a pretty easy fix and repaired it free of charge. I was happy with the work before and am now really pleased to see they stand behind it. more

Had an engine replaced awhile back. It took them a long time as in 4 weeks to get the work finished. Then a problem and a noise developed with the new engine. So now they had to fix it on their dime. Literally 3 months later I got my vehicle back. The slowest service I have ever experienced... The engine has been good though. So my complaint really has to with how long it took them the second time to get my engine working properly. It seemed like they only worked on it after hours. Maybe to save money since this time it was on their dime. I don't know for sure but it took entirely too long. That's my two cents. more

I brought my care here fearing the worst! It was not running well at all and the check engine light has been on as long as I have owned the car. They tracked the problem down to a few sensors and saved me a lot of time and money. Much appreciated. more

They rebuilt the motor in my truck and it runs very smooth now. I was very pleased with the price and the work. It is back to normal or better. I cant say enough good things about them! more

I had them put a remanufactured Dodge 4.7 engine in my 2003 Dakota about 8 months ago. The job went great. 17k miles later and I haven't had any problems. I recommend Accurate Engines to anybody that needs a good replacement engine at a great price. They offer a good warranty too which made me feel good about getting a rebuilt engine. more
