On my first visit to Accent on Tile (weekday/noon-ish), there was one person working the floor. She was busy with another customer, but looked directly at me several times during my 15-20 wait without even acknowledging my presence or indicating she would be with me shortly. I was patient and polite, however, until another sales person arrived (Dan) who was EXTREMELY friendly and helpful. Towards the end of my discussions with Dan, the other lady approached us and literally just stood there looking at me while I was talking, as if she was waiting on me to hurry up and finish my business so she could talk to him. Needless to say, she came off as rude, but I had hoped my impression was wrong.
Pros: Good quality, variety and nice looking pieces to choose from
Cons: Bad customer service, showroom is in disarray
