I'm not even sure this is a real business, to be honest. Try to find a recent review for AC4Life besides this one (formerly known before their bankruptcy as Acdirect ,circa 2010)...

I was skeptical about AC 4 Life, but my experience with them ended up being a good one. I ordered some a/c parts from them. They told be the delivery time would be seven to ten days. The delivery actually arrived in four, which was much quicker than I had expected. When I called the company, they said to check for any damage. I took a look and there was not a single nick or scratch on it. Everything was exactly what it was suppose to be. I highly recommend them. more

Best A/C-Heating experience in 40 years 6/1/2013

Bought a new home that turned out to have an under-sized heat pump. I brought in 3 A/C companies, Charlie of AC4LIFE was by far the most diligent in assessing the needs of our home, price by far was the best also. The install by George and Fred was absolutely fantastic. It has been in a week now, so far it is working great. more

Good Experience, Would recommend 9/2/2012

Our AC broke in the middle of summer. It was already old and we had been anticipating needing to replace it. But as luck would have it, it completely died during the summer. Charlie with AC4Life did a great job. He offered various options to fit our budget and meet our needs, carefully explaining what each option offered. He worked very hard to earn our business and followed up after the installation to make sure we were completely satisfied. We were very pleased with the service and are enjoying our new AC! more

Top notch from beginning to end 8/7/2012

We knew we needed to replace our close to 20 year old unit and after reading reviews on AC4Life decided to give them a try. We had done research on what we thought we needed and when Charlie came to assess our needs, he agreed with our conclusions. He didn't give a hard sell on additional products/services, but rather offered them for consideration. We did end up spending more than we had originally planned, but that was our choice due to deciding that some upgrades were worth the investment. The team showed up as scheduled and all were professional, courteous and thorough. We couldn't be happier with this company and would highly recommend them to anyone. They follow up with phone calls to make sure everything went okay and that we are satisfied. While they may not be the cheapest, my feeling is you get what you pay for and they are worth spending a little more. more

Incredible Savings, excellent units 6/1/2012

I purchased a foreclosed home in Memphis TN approximatly 1 year ago. Both the 2 & 4 ton AC units were shot and the furnaces over 20 yrs old, it was time to replace both systems entirly. As money was tight i researched carefully the best and most cost effective supplier I could find and that turned out to be AC direct. I ordered two complete Goodman systems and then crossed my fingers all would be fine. After two weeks the units arrived. The packaging and freight cartons were incredible and well marked "High Claims Value Equipment, Fragile". These units were spotless and finish perfect. Installed myself with final evacuation and hookup by liscensed contractor. Everthing is running great and house is super cool. The high effiency air filters make a phenominal difference. I would recommend using AC 4 Life. more

Installed a new Goodman AC Heat Pump System 11/19/2011

The sales rep was easy to work with. Good system pricing. The whole sales transaction was over the phone. They removed the old system and installed the new Goodman system within a short period. Met my expectations. The one problem was getting the appropriate warranty registered. They took over 2 months to get system registered with Goodman. RESPONSE FROM AC 4 Life: John,
I am very sorry to hear that we took so long to register your warranty. We did experience an unusual delay with the process but I believe it has been corrected. Please call me personally if there are ever any issues of any kind in the future and I will make sure they are quickly resolved. Decent job 11/16/2011

They had too come out twice 2 figure the problem out but when they did they fixed it. Also the took the time to find out a part was covered under warranty even though they didnt install the unite and that save me money. more

Outstanding service. 11/11/2011

Our AC system broke in the middle of July, I called AC4Life at 9AM and by 12PM they were on site installing a new system. By the end of the day the system was up and running. They did everything possible to accommodate our needs and their prices were excellent. more
