AC 4 life was very professional and a very good company to buy from. However, customers must understand that they will provide only very limited support after the sale. My system was professionally installed but developed a chatter in the fan soon after installation. Since I didn't buy the system from my local HVHC company they would not troubleshoot. When I called AC 4 Life, I was told that I would have to pay my local HVAC dealer for service and take up any warranty parts issues with Mitsubishi. I saved money not buying directly from my local dealer, but am now holding the bag to determine the problem with the system and to effect repairs. One of the downsides of buying online. more

We bought a house that during inspection had a fail on the furnace. We went forward with the home purchase with the knowledge that we'd need a new furnace put in. Ordered a 5ton AC & Heat package from AC4Life. After googling the company I saw some concerning posts but we got exactly what we ordered on time, it was VERY well packaged, came in perfect condition and complete. We had it installed and its been working flawlessly. I'm VERY happy with my purchase and will recommend AC4Life. more

Repair involved replacing under-warranty compressor. Your technician, Nathan, removed old unit, replaced it at the distributor and installed new one on the same day resulting in beautiful cool air in the house. Nice work, AC4LIFE, I'm a very satisfied customer. more

I used their internet site to research and order the HVAC equipment for one of my failed HVAC systems. Once the equipment was ordered and shipped I realized that I had made a mistake on the type of gas furnace that was required for my installation. AC4Life exchanged the furnace for the proper one with no shipping cost to me. Great service. The system is up and running and preforming great. I installed the system myself, found a HVAC Tech to certify the system to the Manufacture for the warranty coverage. If needed, AC4Life provided very good technical help. Plan when needed to purchase another unit from them. more

I was searching online for an easy-to-install AC unit for my mother-in-law, who lives in Mississippi and I actually live in Canada. I found the website for AC 4 Life. Their website was easy to navigate and any information I might need was right there, from the various units, to the pricing and sizing calculator. Everything appeared too easy, and too good to be true. I was a little hesitant at first. I was able to find the cooling only Mitsubishi ductless air conditioner. The Mitsubishi didn't use ductwork and was perfect for old homes, like my mother-in-law's, so I called up AC 4 Life to find out some information on it. It was very easy. When I called up, a technician was able to help me out. They were very professional, upfront and open. They were extremely easy to talk to. I did call them a few times, but every time, they were very nice and extremely helpful. From their website, I was able to figure out how big of a unit I needed for my mother-in-law. I ordered the right unit and coordinated the arrival of it to her house without any trouble at all. They provided me with the delivery number. The driver was exceptionally nice, he brought the heavy unit up to her door and stored it on her front porch until it could be installed. I flew out, and met my brother who lives in South Carolina, and together we were able to get it installed in about six hours. Once we turned it on, it started cooling down her house instantly. We got the AC unit that was sized to cool down just her living room and instead it was cooling down her entire house! We all joked that it was maybe too cool inside! The entire process was too easy, and too perfect! AC 4 Life is a great company! Fantastic customer service, quality products and really knowledgeable people working for them. I hadn't had my two air conditioners serviced for a long time, because of bad experiences with multiple heating and air companies. My son-in-law found AC 4 Life for me, and I was amazed with the quality of the service I received. The tech who came to my home was Nathan, and after he left I called the local office to rave about him. I was very, very pleased. Nathan was so helpful, polite, and professional. He arrived on time, and worked very hard. He did a good job, and I can rest assured that my air conditioners are working properly. 10 years ago I bout a package A/C unit from AC Direct over the internet, at that time it was a fairly new concept. Freight shipping caused some damage but they were first rate in correcting the problem and getting me an undamaged unit. This Time I ordered a split system that was packaged much better, masonite over the cardboard boxes and all shrinkwrapped to pallets ... Nearly bomb proof! Shipping was quick approx 1 week. I shipped to work and a few of the coworkers were quite interested. I am fortunate to work with a licensed A/C tech who enjoys a little side work so installation and warrenty is no problem. Thanks again. I hope this is taken the right way but I hope I never have to do business with you again :) But I do recommend your business to anyone looking for a good deal. Their are plenty of good Licensed A/C guys doing side work that can help with install if you look around, it will save even more $$ more
