ABT is the most DISHONEST company that I have ever came across. The owner has even testified UNDER OATH and LIED about what their employees had done! IF YOU WANT YOUR WATER LINE...

Huge electronics store that you can spend all day at if you have to. There are even a few interactive things for kids to play with like a giant bubble making loop, and a spinning granite globe. more

Best prices and customer service 2/10/2012

Abt Electronics has the best prices and their customer service can't be beat. It's no surprise their store is so big. I purchased a dryer from them. Their price was better than I could find on the internet locally, delivery was quick and the guys were careful when they carried in and hooked up the dryer. I highly recommend them. more

Incredible Customer Service! 12/13/2008

I had an issue with a refurbished Westinghouse LCD TV I'd purchased online back in July '07. After getting cable I realized my TV had something wrong with it as no video was showing and there was a "This Channel Blocked" message. I called Westinghouse directly and they were great but could only offer phone numbers to repair shops in the area since I was out of warranty. I called ABT first and though they told me right off that they couldn't work on my TV since I didn't buy it there, they researched the owners manual while I was one the phone, asked me set-up question on my cable box and came up with a work-around that allowed my cable come through without the blockage message! I was so thankful for their help, I signed up on CitySearch just to write this review! more

Great customer service and prices 4/11/2008

They routinely offer great financing deals and they serve chocolate chip cookies right out of the oven and coffee. On a Saturday or Sunday it can be kind of packed and chaotic in there but it is still my number one choice to go to from electronics. more

In the past, I've purchased my appliances from ABT and have been very happy. There are tons of sales people and since it is a huge showroom, there are a lot of models to look at. I recently went in to purchase new everything since I just moved into a new house. My sales rep did not want to bargain (which is what ABT is all about). I left and spent 7K elsewhere.\r \r As an FYI, you can typically get the ABT people to knock off a few hundred, depending on what you are buying. more

Excellent prices and quality! 2/8/2006

This store offers not only excellent prices on electronics and appliances, but they also have amazing "model showrooms" set up for kitchens, baths, and home theaters. They carry everything from common kitchen appliance brands to high end entertainment components, as well as small appliances like KitchenAid mixers. We bought our dishwasher there, and will buy our new washer/dryer there when it's time! more
