I had an issue with a refurbished Westinghouse LCD TV I'd purchased online back in July '07. After getting cable I realized my TV had something wrong with it as no video was showing and there was a "This Channel Blocked" message. I called Westinghouse directly and they were great but could only offer phone numbers to repair shops in the area since I was out of warranty. I called ABT first and though they told me right off that they couldn't work on my TV since I didn't buy it there, they researched the owners manual while I was one the phone, asked me set-up question on my cable box and came up with a work-around that allowed my cable come through without the blockage message! I was so thankful for their help, I signed up on CitySearch just to write this review!
