Rob is a great trainer that pushes you enough to go further but not enough to make you cry. I am NOT an easy person to train because I come up with many excuses not to exercise hard, but Rob is great at motivating a person to go a bit further. Rob also makes sure you schedule the next training session without being pushy. His packages are a bargain and are a better value than going to the gym. I highly recommend him to get your body into top shape before the summer arrives.
