DO NOT HIRE THESE PEOPLE!!!!!! They ruined our wedding day transportation for our guests to and from the hotel to our wedding venue. We booked a black shuttle bus for an evening wedding and they sent a HUMMER LIMO to shuttle our guests. No one contacted us to let us (me or my wedding coordinator) know of the changes. They showed up WAY LATE and most of my guests ended up having to travel on the Marriott Shuttle (thank goodness they weren't too busy). At then end of the night we contracted a Black Town car and Shuttle Bus to take us to our hotel and the guests to their hotel. NO town car showed up...only a 10 person (at best) standard limo showed up. Our guests had to wait in the cold at 12am for almost an hour before the limo got back to pick them up. Terrance the owner would only refund us $90 of our $600 contract price and refuses to return the phone calls of my event planner!! IN SHORT.....DO NOT BOOK THESE IDIOTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more

Our group had several special requests that were made at the time we reserved the limousine. They went the extra mile to make sure every detail and request was met. The driver was very professional and the night was perfect. I would highly recommend them to anyone more

I would not recommend this limo service to anyone! Called and made a reservation to pick us up and drive us to dinner for my wife's birthday. We have kids and romantic dinners are few and far between. Scheduled the limo driver to pick us up at 6:30. 6:45 rolls around and no limo. I call the company. Call goes to voice mail stating they are assisting other customers, to leave a message and someone will call you right back. I leave a message. 7:00 rolls around (our dinner reservation was for 7) and still no driver. So we decide to drive ourselves. On the way to the restaurant I call the company (voice mail again and still no call back from my 1st call) and tell them not to bother picking us up. They finally called me back around 7:45pm with excuses for why nobody showed up, etc etc. They get 1 star for returning my call, but I would not recommend this company to anyone based on our experience. more

Worst company I ever used, they had absolutely no communication once I paid the deposit. The owner even sent us the wrong limousine and never called us back. It was super hot in the car because the A/C didn't work and the driver was rude and drove to fast. I would never recommend anyone use this company, I wasted money on these guys. more

REVIEW My daughter had her sweet 16 birthday party this month. To celebrate we decided to rent a limo and take her and all her friends to Kanki for dinner. We looked around and called several limo companies. We finally tallked to Absolute Elegance Limousine a few weeks before her birthday. I noticed they had this very nice white and new limo on their webpage. Notice the images show a ""WHITE"" limo and the description even says ""White"". We wanted this color limo and would have rented at another company if they didn't have white. The owner told me ""the limo is white"" and it does have an ""iPod hook up for your iPhone"" which we also wanted because my daughter spent a week downloading party songs. I also asked the owner if I could send them all the addresses for where we were going so they would know the route and he said ""yes please do that"" so of course I sent an Email detailing the plans. The limo would come to our home and pick up 6 girls We would then go to Raleigh and pick up another girl Then leave for another girls home Then finally Kanki The point was to ride around in the limo with the girls before dinner. THE PROBLEM So we expected the limo driver to get to us at 3PM as shown below from my confirmation Email ""Pick-up Date: 03/10/2012 - Saturday Pick-up Time: 03:00 PM ServiceType: Hourly/As Directed"" The driver called at 3PM and said ""I have to get gas I am running late"" and didn't get here until 3:15pm. Not a big deal usually but we had to get to Kani right at 5pm to beat the dinner rush as Kanki doesnt take reservations on Friday and Saturday. The limo driver REALLY surprised us when he got here because the limo was BLACK, yes black! It also had dents in the paint, the left front had been wrecked, check engine light was on, speedometer did not work, bloog was on the leather in the back, A/C didn't work, it didnt have an iPod hook up, televisions didn't work, it was dirty and nasty. So I called the limo company, but got someone besides the owner. I told him the issue about us not having the new and white hummer as promised and he said. ""I am sorry we will do our best to make it right"" did you still want to rent the black limo then? Well of course we do because all the girls are ready and we cant get another limo on such short notice. I asked the driver if he had all the directions I had emailed and he said ""no I sure don't"" and I said ""I emailed them all in so you would have them"" and he told me ""sorry, they do this all the time"". Wow, Really??! So I had to go inside and take 20 minutes getting directions off Mapquest and printing them for the driver. IT GETS WORSE, YES REALLY I got in the limo and noticed the stereo didn't work except in the back and I took pictures of some of the really nasty stuff like blood, dust, etc. I noticed it was really hot and stunk a little. I asked the driver to turn the A/C on and he said it was on. Everyone was sweating and that wasn't good for the girls who had their party dresses and makeup on. The driver ended up getting lost on the way to the second home because the GPS unit in the car was not updated. When my wife and I tried to explain to him where to go (three different times) he kept riding around in circles. He ended up getting mad and speeding through the neighborhoods, hitting the gas hard, breaking hard, etc. Everyone in the limo was all over the place. My wifes sister was with us and pregnant (8 months) and was getting very car sick. In my opinion this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They did not deliver what was promised and did not even seem to care. I would take EXTREME caution before renting from them, you have been warned!! more

These guys are great! The drivers are professional and courteous. I have used Absolute Elegance several times now (most recently last weekend), and have been more than pleased every time. I have used other services in the past, and have come across rude drivers, dirty cars, and limos showing up late. With AE, they are consistent and you know what you are going to get! more

Great night on the Town, I was visting friends and family and decided to take a limo for a night out and we had used absolute Elegance ,since we had used them in the past and was pleased with the service. The driver was courteous and professional and accommodating . The limo was clean and absolutly beautiful .We made several stops and was on time ,our group was very inpressed , everyone said they felt like royalty. we had a great time thanks to absolute elegance . I trusted Absolute Elegance with a very important night. A group of us had a horrible experience on New Years Eve at a very hyped up party, so we felt like we should re-do our New Years by having a Limo Night. I contacted Absolute Elegance, and received such wonderful service, excellent pricing, and the night itself was flawless. The driver was full of personality, yet totally professional. We were picked up on time, and taken to each of our destinations with no problem. We all had the time of our lives, and each of us agreed that we had finally had, the best New Years eve we possibly could have had! :) Pros: Everything! Cons: Nothing! more

I got married two weeks ago and used 2 of their cars. One SUV for the bridal party and the Antique car at the end of the night. My best friend got married a month ago and used another limo company in the area and they showed up late, so I was nervous. But our driver showed up 20 minutes early and we had a BLAST on the way to the church and then again on the way to the reception!! I would HIGHLY recommend this limousine service to anyone for any occasion. Although I will not be getting married again....I will use this service for another night out...possibly our 1 year anniverary :) more

First of all they called at 10:00 am the day of the wedding and said the limo had broken down, and the only other option was a Hummer - not quite what we had in mind. To be fair, they did find us another service, but the driver didn't know where to go and had to ask the bridal party to constantly direct him. On top of that the door had black grease on it, which ended up on the white wedding dress. Cons: Car broke down, driver did not know where to go, grease on car door, poor customer service more

I have used Absolute Elegance several time, most recently to go to a Panther's game in Charlotte. The drivers are always professional and the vehicles always clean. I have used other services in the past, and by far have found Absolute Elegance to provide the best service around. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to rent a limo! Pros: Everything! more

Ok. First of all, the limo was late. Secondly, they didn't call the main number, they called the second. They didn't know how to get to the church or reception. After dropping the bridal party off at the church, the limo driver went to get ""lunch"" and was gone for over 2 hours!!! The company wasn't flexible at all with re-imbursing for poor service and for being gone during the time that we had paid for. Oh, did I mention that when the limo finally showed up, there was evidence that someone else had used the limo while during our reserved time. As you can guess, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. ever! Pros: none! Cons: everything! more

My boss had to be driven to a meeting in Charlotte for the day and needed to work while driving. In making the reservations Chris was polite and wonderful and easy to work with. My boss said the driver was wonderful! We highly recommend Absolute Elegance!! The prices were great!! Pros: Great Rate, Great Driver, Great Service more
