Ok. First of all, the limo was late. Secondly, they didn't call the main number, they called the second. They didn't know how to get to the church or reception. After dropping the bridal party off at the church, the limo driver went to get ""lunch"" and was gone for over 2 hours!!! The company wasn't flexible at all with re-imbursing for poor service and for being gone during the time that we had paid for. Oh, did I mention that when the limo finally showed up, there was evidence that someone else had used the limo while during our reserved time. As you can guess, I wouldn't recommend this to anyone. ever!

Cons: everything!
