Absolute Carpet Care clean one room, but I was pleased because the carpet itself is old, and they did a nice job. The employees are also courteous and friendly!

I was very happy with Absolute Carpet Care. They cleaned all of the carpet in my house. I loved how the people they sent over arrived on time and were very focused on getting the task done. They were very nice and courteous, and the work turned out very well. I was very satisfied with their service, and I would highly recommend them. more

Very satisfied! 11/26/2014

Absolute Carpet Care cleaned our carpets and they turned out wonderfully! The cleaners were well-coordinated when they came in and there was minimal disruption while they worked in my house. The carpets took a lot longer to dry than their ads say but that's because they had to do some extra spotting which they explained to me. more

Will use again 9/3/2014

This was our first time using Absolute Carpet Care. We had never had the carpet steam cleaned before, and they explained the procedure, came and did it just the way they said they would and it was done in good time. The results were great! It was just such a good feeling to have a very clean carpet! The staff was professional and we were very pleased with the 2 men who came over. We will use them again. more

I wouldn't use anyone else. 1/6/2014

I am a regular customer for Absolute Carpet Care. In a nutshell, I have a dog who is terminally ill and sometimes she has accidents on the area rugs. I clean up immediately afterwards, but I don't want to have the odor lingering or take the chance of it. I always call Greg, and they usually are able to accommodate within a short time and I really appreciate it. more

The day after the carpet was cleaned by Absolute Carpet Care, I actually called the company to tell them that the young man who was sent out was just wonderful. He was polite and clean, and he did a great job. He seemed very knowledgeable about everything. He talked me into the "deluxe" package in a very polite way that wasn't pushy. more

After submitting my review, and us satisfied with the cost of service, I immediately received a call to rectify the misunderstanding. Mr. Alexander made a quick appt., brough back out his professional staff, and cleaned our tile living room and kitchen in a very professional manner. I very much appreciate the quick response and supportive customer service we received. I felt it necessary to pay more for the work provided and will recommend this company to all we come in contact with. more

We're from down in San Diego and just hired Absolute Carpet Care to do a job at a house in Santa Barbara. So, we weren't actually around for the work. It all turned out alright, though, and we've actually gone ahead and rehired them since that. more

They deliver on their promises! 9/6/2013

I called Absolute Carpet Care to clean the upholstery on our chairs here in our library. The quote they gave us was lower than any of the other places we called. Greg and his crew came right away and worked within their time frame. Greg even contacted the manufacturer of our furniture to make sure his cleaning products would not violate our warranty, which it wouldn't. They kept to their promises and performed the services we asked them too in a timely manner. They did a really thorough job. Everything looked clean. They even scotch guarded the furniture and vacuumed the carpeting. They offer quality cleaning, prompt service, and wonderful customer service. When we need our annual carpet cleaning done, we will call them in again! more

I've used Absolute Carpet Care several times before. They've done basic carpet cleaning for me and it always comes out excellent. I continue to use them because I know the owner and they do a good job. They're well worth the money. more

I haven't had any trouble with Absolute Carpet Care. They seem to do a good job, offer fair pricing, and I have had good experiences all around with them. I have been using them about 3 years and they have come to my house quite a few times. They do a consistently good job on my home! more

Accommodating and friendly 6/12/2013

Absolute Carpet Care returned my phone call very quickly. They sent out two people and they were very professional. I am happy with the service-they were very friendly and accommodating to my dog and real nice. I never felt uncomfortable with the fact I had stains on my carpet and they were great! more

They did everything they said they would. 3/1/2013

I think they are very thorough. They tested the fabric before cleaning, and made sure they knew what the fabric was. They were quick, honest, and did a great job. I asked to be put on a six month re-occurring service plan and they called after it had been six months. more

They were fantastic and very helpful. I recommended Absolute Carpet Care right afterwards to someone else who used them. We actually were a little late moving stuff out, and we hadn't moved all our stuff off the carpet. The owner and his helper were very willing to help us move furniture and stuff in our apartment, and they charged no extra for it as well. more

Professional, punctual, and did a great job! 7/9/2012

Absolute Carpet Care cleaned my carpets - an area rug and the carpet in the bedrooms. They did a great job, they got almost every single stain out. I have had the carpets cleaned through different companies over the years, but these guys have been the only ones that have gotten the stains out. The carpets took a long time to dry and when they finally dried, they were crispy. I called Greg and he returned to clean them again. The carpets feel great now. He was great about it and fixed everything. His attitude was just great. more
