Great service at a great price 7/30/2011

We needed to replace the rubber bumper on the bottom of our garage door. I started calling around and started to get the usual run around from the other services. "Well, we can't really tell you the end price and it will probably be two trips. . ." I hate that. I called Above and Beyond and got an immediate answer. They gave me definite costs and were helpful in identifying the type of garage door before coming out. It was fixed in fifteen minutes for the price that I was told on the phone. No hidden charges. These are honest, efficient people. I would recommend any time. more

The service that we recieved was excellent on our new door installation. The door was installed in a day with very little infringement on our daily routine. We didn't have to wait for the service person to arrive. They arrived as scheduled and ready to go. So far, we are very pleased with our installation which has been in place about 6 mos. now. more

I finally decided to get rid of my old, heavy wooden door Dave installed a new leightweight door with windows. This insulated new door was one of the best home improvements I ever made. more

I called the service department at 9:00 am and the service man arrived by early afternoon. He had all the necessary supplies and repaired the door within 30 minutes. He was pleasant and efficient., more

Warranty period is not clear, 5 years for the springs was not in writing, had to call to get confirmed. Very nice service team. Need to keep your receipt our no warranty? I would recommend! RESPONSE FROM Above & Beyond Door Systems: Our warranty is 5 years on all parts. I believe most, if not all company's offer only one year. Yes, we do require a receipt for all warranty work, the date is imperative! I am happy you were satisfied with the service, I strive for the highest standard in an industry overrun with scam artists. more

Called and Above and Beyond and they fixed our door immediately! Also, had a new car and Dave programmed the remote inside of it for us, too. Haven't had any issues with either one since. more

Placed a call on a Friday night @ 10pm as the spring on my door snapped...said they would be there first thing in the morning...8:30am they were there...very professional, polite and even cleaned up after themselves...thats a huge plus in my book! Highly recommend Above & Beyond Doors...name says it all!! more
