Good business ethics 9/12/2011

Showed up a little early and got the job done quick. Called Thursday night and had my springs replaced Friday morning. On an earlier call on another door, I thought I had a broken spring. They came out, told me it wasn't broken and didn't charge me anything for it. They told me it wasn't good business to do so. Very honest. more

A pleasant, satisfying experience. 8/31/2011

We had to have a garage door opener replaced right after Christmas, and found Above & Beyond Door Systems in the phone book. The day they were scheduled to come out, we had an awful ice storm. We live quite a ways away from their headquarters, and yet they still came out, despite the conditions. They showed up right at the scheduled hour, and had everything installed in record time. They confirmed the opener was working well, and were on their way. And the price they had quoted us was what we were charged, nothing more. We had a subsequent problem about a month ago, and when we called they got back to us right away. They came out the very next day, right on time, to fix the issue. Above & Beyond are so reliable and dependable, and do very good work. I highly recommend them. more

On time and great job done 8/24/2011

Made arrangements for service call between 3-4 PM, and the Tech arrived right at 3 PM. Quickly fixed obvious problem, then located less obvious cause of the problem, both fixed quickly in under 45 minutes. Fantastic ! more

Prompt and efficient! 8/19/2011

The springs on our garage door snapped. We called Above & Beyond Door Systems and they were able to send a repairman out within the hour! They were very prompt and efficient. We were very pleased with the service. We would definitely use them again. more

Above and beyond what I expected. 8/17/2011

Above & Beyond Door Systems were the ones who originally installed my garage door ten years ago. That's a long time for there to be no problems, whatsoever. When a spring broke on night recently, it wasn't too surprising, given the age. I called Above & Beyond at 8PM, and they were here the next morning, promptly at 9. He replaced the spring, and had the thing fixed in less than 20 minutes. It worked beautifully. I couldn't believe how quickly they addressed the issue--we were barely out of commission. It was also a good value. I highly recommend them. more

I had been hearing the ads for Above & Beyond Door Systems on the radio for a long time, and when I needed garage door service, that's what I thought of. My door was sticking, and going up and down by itself. I didn't know what was wrong, but I thought I might need a new opener. The last time I needed garage door service I used a different company, and I wasn't overly pleased with the service I received from them. I'm always weary when I have people work on the house, because they seem to always try to upsell you. I've grown used to service people doing this. When Dave came out, however, I don't think he did a single thing he didn't need to do. Dave was straightforward and upfront. He did some extremely simple things that I just wasn't aware of, and got everything fixed for me. At that point he probably could have sold me a new opener, but instead he was honest and went the route that was more economical for me. It was refreshing to feel that I could let down me guard about getting ripped off. Dave impressed me, and I will call Above & Beyond again if I need help in the future. more

Above & Beyond Door Systems were prompt to return my call. They were able to come out that same day to meet with me. They told me what my problems were and solutions to fix it. They scheduled a time to come back. I thought they were very efficient in explaining the issues to me and planning how to fix it. I was very happy with the service. Sometimes, with other companies, it can be really difficult to get a hold of someone, which was not the case here! They let me know when to expect them, and when I ended up purchasing a new garage door, they told me exactly when it would be in and they would be there. The person who came out to do the installation was courteous, professional and actually took the time to clean up after he was finished, even thought he hardly even made a mess! I have recommended them to two of my friends and I know that one has already used them and been completely satisfied. All in all, my own experience with Above & Beyond Door was wonderful and I will definitely use them again in the future! more

Above & Beyond Door Systems had installed our garage door for us originally, so when we had a broken spring I called Dave in the morning. He came out that afternoon and had it fixed in about fifteen minutes! We were very happy with his prompt service and thought he did a nice job. I would highly recommend him to anybody! Beth more

Great Service 8/7/2011

The service you will receive is worthy of their name, Above & Beyond. We have an old garage door opener and the cables broke so the door wouldn't open. It took about half an hour to fix and the door has never opened so smoothly and quietly. The squealing is gone, door sounds good as new. The service was professional and quick. I would definitely recommend Above & Beyond to my friends and neighbors. more

I hired Above & Beyond Door Systems to completely replace my garage door system, after hearing some local referrals. They installed brand new steel carriage-style doors, and new openers.
