I had been hearing the ads for Above & Beyond Door Systems on the radio for a long time, and when I needed garage door service, that's what I thought of. My door was sticking, and going up and down by itself. I didn't know what was wrong, but I thought I might need a new opener.
The last time I needed garage door service I used a different company, and I wasn't overly pleased with the service I received from them. I'm always weary when I have people work on the house, because they seem to always try to upsell you. I've grown used to service people doing this. When Dave came out, however, I don't think he did a single thing he didn't need to do.
Dave was straightforward and upfront. He did some extremely simple things that I just wasn't aware of, and got everything fixed for me. At that point he probably could have sold me a new opener, but instead he was honest and went the route that was more economical for me. It was refreshing to feel that I could let down me guard about getting ripped off. Dave impressed me, and I will call Above & Beyond again if I need help in the future.
