Having a company that you can trust and depend on is the best feeling in the world when one of your appliances go down. I have used them many times before and always been satisfied with them. Charlie was out last year on one of my appliances and yesterday I had him come out for my fridge. Perfect job from him and this company. more

Terrible place. Came on Thursday to look at dishwasher. Said it was a common problem. Said they would be back Monday. No show on Monday. On Tuesday put in part and said uh oh that didn't fix it. Have to order another part. Today is Saturday - still not a word from them. I guess they don't keep ANY parts and they have to order everything from China. They also don't think its necessary to call you and tell you that they won't be coming. He also unhooked my disposal so I don't have a dishwasher or a disposal. They stink - I doubt if they even keep light bulbs in stock. If I could give them 0 stars I would. more

Living in Kansas City was always my dream and now that I live here, I have found the best company I have ever used before.When I moved into my home the appliances all came with the house and the sticker for able appliance was on them. I called them out to check them for me when I began having some problems with them. What a blessing this company is and what honest people they are. I am glad to live here and proud to say I use able appliance. more

Just moving here from Indy to Kansas City Area and the house I bought had a Kenmore Garbage Disposal that wasn t working correctly. My neighbor Janice, from across the street gave me the number to call and I did just that, and Rick did a wonderful job and the price was great! more

I was worried about having to call on any service company but after reading all the reviews I decided to try them and was really glad I did, he told me my machine was not worth repairing and charged me $9.95 now that was honesty! more

I gave them 5 stars. Without a doubt this place is the best that I've come across. They had to come out twice, because I had 2 issues with my washer, which I knew from the start, kind of like a vehicle, you never know until you get into it what's wrong. Well, I can tell you I'm very happy with the service as well as my machine, it's like new and I'm satisfied with it. Yes, it may break down someday and yes I will call them and have it repaired again. That's how much I love this machine and I love this company, thanks to the girl who answered the phones and thanks to Rick who took care of me. more

I was having a really bad day and when my side by side went out it got worse. My dad called Able In Home appliance and a tech came out and did a good job, which made my day a little better. I kept the sticker in case I ever needed to call again. more

Charlie is the greatest technician ever! 5/9/2012

Charlie has been to my house on several times and has always taken great care of us. I can't say enough about how great he really is. Very nice and personable and all around great technician, the best in the Kansas City area. more
