I gave them 5 stars. Without a doubt this place is the best that I've come across. They had to come out twice, because I had 2 issues with my washer, which I knew from the start, kind of like a vehicle, you never know until you get into it what's wrong. Well, I can tell you I'm very happy with the service as well as my machine, it's like new and I'm satisfied with it. Yes, it may break down someday and yes I will call them and have it repaired again. That's how much I love this machine and I love this company, thanks to the girl who answered the phones and thanks to Rick who took care of me.
