I love my wedding dress! My dress is more unique than I started out looking for and the girl that helped me worked within my budget. I still can’t believe what a great dress I got for the price. I recommend this place to all brides who want a distinctive design without going over budget. more

Our daughter is getting married this coming November. This is our first daughter to get married, so we have been learning as we go. She found the dress she wanted at Abelina?s Boutique, since then we have been back many times to purchase other little dresses for the shower, rehearsal and honeymoon. They have always gone out of their way to be extremely helpful and we have always been impressed with the customer service each time we've been in. MOB-Dianna Knoll more

Wish we had read these before we ""experienced"" Abelina's! This is the 1st time I was ordered to leave an establishment! We went in with a heirloom dress to try on with a petticoat we ordered and paid for in advance! The very haughty owner, Kristine Ellis was ruder than she was the day we ordered the slip! She missed out on a sale of shoes, veil, bra and bridesmaids dresses! Both Saturday afternoon's we were the ONLY customers in her store-I guess that should have told us something! My sister and I had driven 6 hours to Tulsa to have a lovely experience with my daughter! We came away with a ""memory"" alright, just not the one we had hoped for! I called the store upon leaving and the owner screamed at me on the phone and said she did not have time to discuss the issue! Please take your business elsewhere so that you will not have to experience this owner! I agree with the other post RUDE is RUDE! more

Cherie S. - Again, please understand that you have always been welcome to try your dress from a different store on with the slip you purchased from our store. However, as we explained to you and the seamstress you brought we do not allow other businesses to use our facility to perform their business. Please understand because our primary business is from our own sewing we ask that fittings done by other alteration businesses be done at a different location. more

I had an appointment and I was the only one in the store other than the owner and her new girl that hadn't been trained yet. I am a street size 10-12 (we all know in wedding world that the dresses run small) and I am very tall-not chubby at all. I have always heard that she can take what you want from different dresses and make it the way you want it. I was really excited that she made it to fit you. Well, out of the entire store there was one dress that even fit me. I brought in photos of what I liked and the owner did not talk to me at all about them let alone spend any time with me. Remember I am the ONLY one in the store. I told her I liked A-Lines and she said that is not the style right now and she only has trumpet and ball gowns. So out the door went my ""vision"" of a dress. I am the easiest and nicest person to deal with, probably too nice and I could not understand for the life of me why I was treated this way. I am not a David's Bridal person and I am looking at spending $1,000 on my dress. I guess she didn't want my business because she did not even try to help me. This place doesn't even deserve a whole star. more

I had an excellent experience at Abelina's; in fact, it was probably the best service I received at any store I've visited while searching for my wedding dress, including stores in both Tulsa and Oklahoma City. I arrived about 10 minutes early to my bridal appointment at Abelina's, and because the consultant who was supposed to meet with me was still busy with her first appointment, the owner jumped in and helped me try on gowns for the next hour, even after the consultant assigned to me finished up with her bride. She was incredibly helpful and professional, and I didn't even find out until the end of my appointment that SHE was the designer of the gown I fell in love with there. One thing that set Abelina's apart from some of the other stores I visited is that because many of the gowns are custom designs, they are made to fit your body from the very beginning, so you don't have to pay alterations prices on top of the price of the gown. The designer also told me that she could do any design in just about any fabric I wanted. Overall, my experience at Abelina's was fabulous and I would advise any bride who wants personal attention and unique gowns (at reasonable prices!) to visit this store. more

The store is located at The Farm Shopping Center but I've heard it is moving to Utica Square. Our wedding coordinator had mentioned this store so we went to check it out. After a few times visiting we scheduled a time to purchase a dress. At the time, the owner was too busy and very rude. When I addressed her later (via phone) about how disappointed I was with my experience she explained to me that ""she didn't feel well"". I have been in sales and unfortunately being haughty to a customer because you do not feel well is not an excuse. Rude is rude. Many people told me to just let it go and purchase the dress anyway. However, I was adament I would not give her a sale. Furthermore, I mentioned on my Facebook about this incident and many more commented that they too had friends whom also had a poor experience. I am sorry for the store as they do have some beautiful things. I never returned to the store and purchased my dress elsewhere. I hope other brides do not have this experience with Abelinas. more
