The store is located at The Farm Shopping Center but I've heard it is moving to Utica Square. Our wedding coordinator had mentioned this store so we went to check it out. After a few times visiting we scheduled a time to purchase a dress. At the time, the owner was too busy and very rude. When I addressed her later (via phone) about how disappointed I was with my experience she explained to me that ""she didn't feel well"". I have been in sales and unfortunately being haughty to a customer because you do not feel well is not an excuse. Rude is rude. Many people told me to just let it go and purchase the dress anyway. However, I was adament I would not give her a sale. Furthermore, I mentioned on my Facebook about this incident and many more commented that they too had friends whom also had a poor experience. I am sorry for the store as they do have some beautiful things. I never returned to the store and purchased my dress elsewhere. I hope other brides do not have this experience with Abelinas.
