Easy to Work With 10/19/2016

We have many apartment buildings and for the last several years Abbey Carpet and Hardwood of San Jose has been our go to company. Recently they installed new carpet, however, they had to comeback to make adjustment and they responded very quickly on the matter. I think they did a good job, I am happy with the results. They are easy to work with, their staff are professional and attentive. Prices are good. more

Excellent price, good product 10/14/2015

We called Blossom Valley Interior to replace some carpeting on our stairs and landing. The showroom interaction was great, they're very attentive and didn't try to upsell us. The salesman selected a good product for us. The install crew arrived on time and completed the work on time. Our only complaint is that we found a couple of loose ends in the carpet, and we called about it and they said they'd send someone to take care of it, but no one ever showed up. more

Excellent service! 10/8/2015

My overall experience with Blossom Valley Interiors was very high. I walked into the floor room and was greeted right away. Based on the criteria and requirements I gave, they were able to show me various samples at different grade levels and they were able to find what I was looking for. So, I bought a rug for my family room. more

Very positive experience 9/24/2015

The person from Blossom Valley Interiors who helped me was very helpful and not pushy. She let me think about my different options. She came to my house, saw the colors, and helped me chose what looked best. The installation itself went very well with the carpet, vinyl and baseboard. The next day I notice a small detail - they overlooked the switch for the fireplace that's on the floor and installed carpet over it. They were very good at getting someone up here right away to fix it. It was a very positive experience. more

Almost hassle free! Pretty good overall experience. 9/16/2015

Abbey Carpets was recommended to me by my real estate agent, who has had good working experience with them. They put in new carpet for me in one bedroom. Everything went smoothly, except for some initial confusion about getting the price right. Apart from that, everything went well. Since they were recommended to me, I did not compare them with a lot of other companies when I was looking for someone to do the work. They have a lot of options at the store and a couple of really good sales, so take the time to look at all the options to come up with the best choice. more

They are very good at what they do! 8/24/2015

When I went into the store I was greeted by Steven. He asked me if I needed help, and what I was looking for. He showed me all around the store and introduced me to the products. I told him the specifics about what I wanted, and he showed me exactly what I needed. After the store visit he came to my home to do the consultation. He measured everything, and gave me some information about the carpet and installation. He was very helpful and very nice. The installers were respectful. I was nervous about the floor, and the padding underneath the carpet because the home is very old. They made sure to clean the floor before putting the new padding in. They did a very good job about cleaning the carpet and doing the installation. I am very pleased with the outcome. more

I had a great experience with Abbey Carpet of San Jose. They installed a COREtec Vinyl Flooring in my living room and two half staircases. They scheduled the floor installation to take two days, but finished it in one. Initially, the glue used on the stair edges didn't keep the floorlocked down. I called their store to let them know a few floor boards were loose and they immediately scheduled a followup. It turned out the type of glue they used didn't work with with the flooring I had selected. The crewman that came back fixed all of staircase flooring, instead of the two or three that were loose. It would have been nice if they gotten the job done right the first time, but I was glad they were humble enough to recognize they made a mistake and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend their service. more

Fine overall, but could use some improvements. 8/17/2015

Abbey Carpet & Floor of San Jose did a fine job overall, but could improve on their communication. They did a really great job during the initial part of their service. The sales team was attentive and helped us make our initial decision. But, the quality of service dropped dramatically after the sale. The carpet delivery was pushed back a few times without informing us first, and there were other communication issues. They installed the carpet in two rooms when it finally arrived. The installation crew did minor damage to a baseboard during the install, but other than that, the carpet itself turned out really well. Their staff was always fantastic in person, but there were no updates outside of that, and they didn't followup after the service, which we would have liked. more

Completely satisfied customer from beginning to end! 8/13/2015

The saleswoman at Blossom Valley Interiors who helped us was very knowledgeable about the different products they sold and the materials used. She really educated us on carpeting, and we had never bought carpeting before. She let us take samples home so we could see what they would look like. She came out a few days later to do some measuring, and gave the final price. The price was initially outside of our budget, but she worked with us to get it within that budget and allowed us to pay over 90 days which also helped with the cost. The installers were very professional, and a big plus is that they actually moved all the furniture in all the rooms and put it back, which a lot of other companies don't seem to do. more

This was my first time using Blossom Valley. We had a very positive experience. We had all of the carpet replaced in our house except for one small room. They had both good installers and salespeople. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. I would highly recommend Blossom Valley Interiors. more

Quick, efficient, and professional. 5/21/2015

I had Abbey Carpet of San Jose out to replace the carpet on my stairs and a small hallway. When the guys came in, they started right away and it was exhausting watching them work they were doing such a good job. They were very efficient and cleaned the mess up after, and even worked through lunch to get the job done since there was a lot of clean up. more

Even job, a little pricey 5/20/2015

Blossom Valley Interiors removed hardwood floors from my home and installed new carpet. The company is expensive compared to competitors and there are some minor imperfections with their work, but the overall appearance of the carpets is fine. more

Trust what you read, and go to Abbey Carpets! 5/6/2015

Blossom Valley Interiors installed carpet in two of my bedrooms. They were really helpful, and I found exactly what I wanted. Before I found them, I went to two different stores and it was a nightmare. I should have gone to them first. They offer great customer service, they meet their time estimations with order and installation, and the carpet was installed as soon as it arrived to their store. more

Excellent Service! 4/30/2015

When I drove to Blossom Valley Interiors and walked into their store, they immediately helped me. They had good suggestions for what I needed. I had to switch the date they were going to put the carpet, because of a conflict in schedule, and they were flexible with me. Thereafter, someone was supposed to call me a night before to let me know they were coming, but I didn't receive a call and the next morning they came. I didn't know they were going to show up. They felt bad so the they switched my time from the morning to after lunch. They were knowledgeable and the fellows that put the carpet in were careful, nice and quick! more

A very pleasant experience 4/17/2015

At Blossom Valley Interiors, the salesperson I dealt with was really good, and it was a very pleasant experience. I just moved my mother into an assisted living facility. I sold her condominium in Las Gatos, and they put in a new carpet and color. I never felt at any time that they didn't have my mother's best interests in mind. I would recommend them to anyone. I have nothing negative to say about them. more

I was satisfied with Blossom Valley Interior's work. They recently did the carpeting in my house. I liked that they had a lot of selections to choose from, so it was a one-stop shop. They were very punctual and got the job done in time. The guys that they sent over were professional and knowledgeable, and they improved along the way. The final product turned out well, and so far I have no complaints. more
