When I went into the store I was greeted by Steven. He asked me if I needed help, and what I was looking for. He showed me all around the store and introduced me to the products. I told him the specifics about what I wanted, and he showed me exactly what I needed. After the store visit he came to my home to do the consultation. He measured everything, and gave me some information about the carpet and installation. He was very helpful and very nice.
The installers were respectful. I was nervous about the floor, and the padding underneath the carpet because the home is very old. They made sure to clean the floor before putting the new padding in. They did a very good job about cleaning the carpet and doing the installation. I am very pleased with the outcome.
