I had a great experience with Abbey Carpet of San Jose. They installed a COREtec Vinyl Flooring in my living room and two half staircases. They scheduled the floor installation to take two days, but finished it in one. Initially, the glue used on the stair edges didn't keep the floorlocked down. I called their store to let them know a few floor boards were loose and they immediately scheduled a followup. It turned out the type of glue they used didn't work with with the flooring I had selected.
The crewman that came back fixed all of staircase flooring, instead of the two or three that were loose. It would have been nice if they gotten the job done right the first time, but I was glad they were humble enough to recognize they made a mistake and resolved the issue quickly. I would recommend their service.
