This place is wonderful. The staff are so nice and they have the best massages around. The way it looks on the outside is deceiving. The inside is REALLY cute and calming. Love, love, love it! more

Today I got brave and experienced my first brazilian wax. Jayde was A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! She was quick and distracted me during the most painful parts. Sure, it hurt a little bit, maybe a 5 on a 10 point scale, but it wasn't near as bad as I was warned. Afterward, I rewarded myself with a facial and it was well worth the sting of the brazilian! Jayde uses glass globes that are warm and feel like oil being dripped across your body. A truly incredible experience. Abba Day Spa will continue to get my service...every time. more

I took advantage of one of their packages where I got a massage, facial and pedicure. It was fun, and easy. The staff was wonderful! They were accommodating answering my questions and making me feel important. I've been to lots of spa's and their staff are all experts in their feilds. Their nail services are the same price as other in and out nail spots except they offer wine and other beverages along with warm neck wraps! Great place to get first class facials, massages, pedicures and manicures. Staff is welcoming and professional. The environment is so relaxing that I always leave totally revived and stress free. I feel Abba Day Spa is a place I can go to pamper myself and forget about every day troubles. I would recommend Abba Day Spa (and do) to all my friends and am myself a frequent patron. My Kids and I gave my wife a gift of a manicure, a pedicure, a facial and a massage. According to my wife. the facial was enjoyable and the massage very nice. The person who worked on the nails was inexperienced. My wife's finger nails were not well done and the polish has streaks. Overall my wife rated Abba Day Spa a 5 out of 10. I love this place! I'd gonna to the McMassage place and was totally disgusted by the idea of another massage ever, when my friend convinced me to go there. From the moment you walk in, it's just quiet and friendly. They take you to a beautiful relaxation room and let you have a beverage. My massage was wonderful and I've gone back oh 5 or 6 times since the first time :) They are so nice and make you feel comfortable. I'd recommend Abba Day Spa to anyone! Previously my favorite of dozens of lifetime massages was 1985 in Tokyo, Japan. This was even better, as it included hot stones, oil and wrap not to mention the exceptional Lindsey. The environment here is very clean, warm, cozy and inviting. Complimentary water, tea or wine is offered and enjoyed in the fireplace room prior to service. I had reserved three massages for me, my daughter and granddaughter. They made the extra effort to bring in an extra therapist so we could all receive our massages together. The day of I received a phone call saying one of the girls was ill and their fill-in was also ill. This is to be expected with so many illnesses at this time of year. They offered me a full facial for free. Jayde was amazing. I felt as though I actually had the full massage minus the torso. Her scalp massage and facial were wonderful. All of the staff are extremely friendly and helpful. My daughter and granddaughter were also extrememly pleased with the massages they received. I highly recommend them. Went to Abba today for a mani/pedi, tired of the 'you pick color" kind of places. Adriana was wonderful, I will use her as my nail tech from now on. I decided to get a bikini wax and facial from Jayde. She was quick and efficient with the waxing, the European facial awesome. At the last minute I also decided to receive a massage, wonderful! I cant remember the massage therapist's name. Anyway, all in all it was a very nice and relaxing day. Thank you Abba Spa! P.S. I am in the beauty industry too, so I know talent when I see it. Abba Day Spa is fabulous. I have experienced many different spas for waxing, pedicures, massages, facials, etc. When it comes to waxing, having a good esthetician is key. Jayde is very proffessional. She is quick and accurate. She must have a lot of exerience. I would highly reccommend her. Aidrianna gives a great pedicure. I have sent many many satisfied friends to Abba! So, besides the great service, the atmosphere is very quaint. Very relaxing. more

I love this salon! The people here are friendly and go out of their way to get you in and work with you. The best part is they are honest. I have gone to some salons that want to do procedures on me that they had no idea of what they were doing. On a recent trip to the portland area my sister and I stumbled across an amazing gem of a spa- Abba Day Spa! I am from out of town and we wanted to just relax and catch up and what better way to do that then while you're receiving facials, masssages, waxing, and pedicures with each other. Let me just say that I've had my share of spa experiences and most of them pretty good with a hand full of not so good but this trip to Abba not only re-set the bar but has left me permanantly trying to find a reason to make the 2 hour drive as often as I can. From the outside it looks kind of meek but then you enter and you're completley transported into the most comfortable, luxurious, professional, friendly, and enjoyable spa you can imagine. Most spas I've sampled that are luxurious leave a lot to be desired, basically they staff is a bunch of stiffs and while the places are pretty but you are paying for every decoration plus in your bill. At Abba the entire staff looked not only like they love their jobs but like they couldn't wait to make you as happy as they were.The treatment rooms are immaculant, not that you can focus on that when you're receiving the best massage you've ever had! So to sum this up yes I would not only recommend Abba to my best friend (even though you'd want to keep this your secret hide out) but I'd also recommend them to an enemy because hey after a trip there even the rudest person could benefit from their mind/body altering treatments! more

My friend told me about ABBA Day Spa, exuding sheer joy and praises about the services, and even more, the attention and care one receives. My first experience was several months ago, receiving a wax and facial. ABBA Day is progressive, not only in their treatments, but also in how they treat people. There is no pretentiousness - only honest appreciation and desire to make ones experience completely pleasurable, relaxing, and comforting. After my first visit with Jayde, I was sold! Even though the drive is out of my way, I am more than willing to take the extra time to be there. During the holiday I cancelled several appts due to the craziness and schedule of my holiday. When I was finally able to make an appt, the front desk staff were more than gracious and accomodating to schedule me. I have experienced premier pampering at some top name resorts and spas in big cities. ABBA Day is number one! The personalized care, the experienced staff, the deliciously comforting environment, and warm personalities make ABBA DAY an outstanding business, showing integrity, and superior customer service. I highly recommend Abba Day Spa, I have had Great Experience's myself with them! Excellant Customer Service, Awesome Facial & Massages!! Recently their was a type error in one of their coupons that was advertised. It was the Couples Mistletoe Package for $95 each. "Each" was left off by mistake and unfortunitly did not realize this until after it was printed and mailed. Employees at Abba Day Spa informed each customer when they called concerning this package that their was a type error and aplogized for the inconvenience of the type error in the coupon before the customers appts. They have been running ads for over a year and Have Many Happy Customers! I aplogize for any inconvenience this had caused! Great more

My husband and I went to Abba Day Spa for the "Mistletoe Package" which was a package for couples that included a massage, facial, and pedicure for $95. After receiving our massage and facial's we were told that their pedicure specialists were running approximately 30 min. behind. We would have been ok waiting if we didn't have something else already scheduled so we decided the pedicures would have to wait. When we told them we were going to skip the pedicure they informed us that the bill would be $140 and would not honor the $95 coupon because they said it was "a misprint". When we challanged this, the very "freindly" woman working said that the coupon didn't apply because WE didn't want our pedicure, even though it was their fault for over booking and causing us to wait. We paid the $140 and left without leaving a tip, we both felt bad for the two women that gave the massages and the facial because they did a great job but the woman working at the counter needs a lesson in customer service. IT IS NOT THE FAULT OF THE CUSTOMER FOR A MISPRINT....BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. FALSE ADVERTISING?? Pros: Good massage and facial Cons: Bad customer service more
