We called Aaron's to have our garage door replaced- they sent a service man out, he gave us an estimate and set an appointment to be back the next day...... But he didn't show up ...

Great service from Aaron's 2/22/2014

Had a double high lift garage door conversion done by Aaron's Garage Door. His prices were very reasonable and his service was top notch. He and Tom did a great job, and after the service I had with them I am confident that they stand behind their work. Would highly recommend. more

Good company that showed up on time and did the work in a professional manner as agreed. 9/4/2013

I had a broken spring on my garage door, so the door wouldn't lift. I found Aaron's Garage Door Service and made a call. They were prompt in scheduling the time, showed up when they were supposed to show up, and fixed the problem. Not only did they fix that problem, they actually also adjusted my sensor so it was at a safe height. There's a laser sensor that was too high and they adjusted it down and put another bracket on. So that was nice. I would definitely recommend them. more

Highly recommended, quality full service garage support. 8/19/2013

Aaron's Garage Door Service did the new construction of a custom home with three garage doors and one of what they call a "garden room" garage door, all with openers. The installation went excellently. The products are high quality. They have great functionality and the whole experience has been excellent. The workers got in, got out, and got done. It's quality work at a quality price and I have no problems referring them or using them again in the future. more

The people at Aaron's Garage Door Services were honest, fair, and efficient. I needed them to repair a broken spring that was preventing my door from opening and closing, as well as install an opener. Both of these things were done quickly and just fine! more

More than acceptable. 8/9/2013

The repair guy from Aaron's Garage Door Service got here with plenty of time, was expeditious about everything, and explained what was going on. I'd have him back again. He had to replace the springs on the doors so that they would roll up. The spring had broken. All I can say is that he did a fine job and I would recommend him to anybody. more

Overall provides a good service. 8/7/2013

I had an issue with our garage door and wasn't sure what it was. Aaron came out and did some trouble-shooting. He thought it was one thing and it turned out not to be that, so he tried something different, which it did turn out to be. He wasn't sure if he could get the part. But he was good about tracking it down. The fact that he was able to take care of that was really helpful and made it worth it. He was easy to work with. He communicates the problem to you in an open manner so you understand it. He makes sure the problem's solved and makes sure you're satisfied with the solution before he's done with it. more

Terrible customer service 8/4/2013

We called Aaron's to have our garage door replaced- they sent a service man out, he gave us an estimate and set an appointment to be back the next day...... But he didn't show up the next day. My husband called the service man and he said he was on another job and as soon as he finished he would call my husband back..... That was a week ago and we still have never heard from anyone. I guess they don't need our business. more

Aaron's Garage Door Service just did a great job for me. They replaced rollers in my garage doors, put in new silent rollers, serviced the garage door opener unit, and checked all that out. It went very well. They were very prompt and everything got done on time. Basically, they were very courteous and told me what they were going to do. They took care of the service properly. more

I used Aaron's Garage Door Service to replace some garage doors we had. I think their product is outstanding and they did a great job. I would definitely, definitely recommend them to my friends. The doors are just beautiful. The price range was way affordable; it wasn't astronomical or anything. They are really, really good doors. They come with a lifetime warranty on the actual doors themselves and the product is outstanding. Aaron himself came and installed them. It was just him by himself. He's the business owner and he actually came out and gave us the estimate himself and then came out and installed them. He took our garage doors down and in the same day installed the new ones, so it's a one day process. more

The whole process with Aaron's Garage Door Service was nice. Aaron came right out that day and gave me an estimate and told me what he thought, which was what I wanted to hear. I scheduled and paid for it right there. The guy who installed everything was also very nice and polite and so on. It was easy. more

This was my first experience using Aaron's Garage Door Service. They were very upfront when they came out to assess the door. They told me what to buy and what not to buy. They didn't try to up-sell me at all. They were very, very honest. The experience was super in every way. It was the easiest thing I'd ever done. more

Outstanding experience 3/22/2013

I called Aaron at 4:30pm on a Friday in hopes of scheduling a time for him to look at the broken cable on our garage door. Much to my surprise, he said he could stop by immediately. 15 minutes later he arrived and repaired our door. I would highly recommend calling him for your garage door needs. more

Speedy and Fair 11/15/2012

Called late on Wednesday. Got a call back early Thursday. Repairs done and work site tidy by 2PM the same day at a fair price. I'd gladly call again or recommend. more
