We purchased a replacement garage door from Aaron's. The price was so good, we weren't sure what to expect. The door was great quality, they were on time for the installation and the service was very professional. Six months later, we had trouble with the door opening and closing with the automatic opener. Again, they came right out, were on time and the problem was with a mis-aligned sensor (not anything they had done). They realigned the sensor, made sure it was working properly and told me to have a great day! That's was customer service should be! more

He assessed the situation and gave me a firm quote. I checked out his credentials and decided to use his service. Aaron came the next day and replaced the door without any problems. Aaron's Garage Door Service is fantastic! They finished the job so quickly, I didn't mind paying the money for it! Our garage door spring had broken that morning, I did an online search for garage door repairs in our area. Aaron's site popped up along with a couple of others. Now, he wasn't the first one I called. I actually called and spoke to someone else. But that guy sounded sketchy and I was uncomfortable with the idea of hiring him. Next, I checked out Aaron's website. It looked very professional and legit. I took time to read the reviews and decided to try him out. They were able to come out that same day. They were very professional and friendly and I was impressed with the way they approached the job. And just like that they were able to fix the problem. It was great! Aaron's Garage Door Service was good. The only grudge I have, and this was a weird situation and might not be entirely fair to him, is that he told me that he might be able to get me a used door in the color I wanted at a cheaper price. He wasn't able to get that door, so he went ahead and installed a new one. I didn't realize until I got the bill and was charged full price. Maybe a little more communication and information throughout the process would have been nice. Plus, I think he's a bit on the pricey side. But, he did good work and everything turned out fine and is working well. RESPONSE FROM Aaron's Garage Door Service: This customer was a referal from a friend. I started off by offering a reduced price from my normal price, then when I couldn't locate a used door for him I even came off the original price further to help him out. I would have thought that he would have appriciated that more! more
