I had an issue with our garage door and wasn't sure what it was. Aaron came out and did some trouble-shooting. He thought it was one thing and it turned out not to be that, so he tried something different, which it did turn out to be.
He wasn't sure if he could get the part. But he was good about tracking it down. The fact that he was able to take care of that was really helpful and made it worth it.
He was easy to work with. He communicates the problem to you in an open manner so you understand it. He makes sure the problem's solved and makes sure you're satisfied with the solution before he's done with it.
