AZ Differential LLC

I took my vehicle which is an V-8 F150 and I had 3.55 taken out and 4.10 gears installed and everything was fine. When I was at the counter paying for my services THEN he mentioned ""putting 4.56 gears would give it more power and towing and said it would only be $40 to do a gear swap"" (So i thought awesome , but why couldn't you tell me this from the beginning ) . Then a few days later I returned to do the 4.56 gear swap for $40 (so I thought) and got there and then he said, "" Well it will be $150 job but I will do it for $80 now."" I told him but you quoted me $40 and he acknowledge and admitted he did quote me $40 but he gave me some BS excuse for the HUGE price increase. So since I was already there I just had him do the job. So now I am driving home and I notice I am cruising at traffic speed (40) but my odometer says I am going 75mph. I call the business back and Jen ( who is one of the owners and she answers the phone, shes the counter girl) says she has to call another business and then she called me back saying it was going to be $300-$400 dollars to collaborate it. WTF? why wasn't I informed about this when he gave me the price quote at the very beginning. So to recap , a $40 price quote suddenly was a $500 job. They are an unorganized, dishonest business, & very unknowledgeable . They do not have set prices and just think they can charge whatever they feel like that day. Also when I was already home and I was calling them about this issue, every time Jen said they will call back and they NEVER do. more

Az differential did an awesome job swapping out my standard axle shafts for a set of chromoly G2's on my Jeep LJ They were ready for me at the appointed time, in fact my Jeep was up on the lift before I left the shop. 2 hours later they called me and told me the Jeep was ready to be picked up. I can highly recommend Nate and his team, the service was great, the price was great and even though this is a very busy shop Nate took the time to answer my questions and personally come out and thank me for my business when I picked up my vehicle. THANK YOU!!!!!! more

Horrible shop!!! They took a MONTH to replace my transmission. Told me every time I called the truck would be ""ready tomorrow"" and then days would go by without any contact. On several occasions we were called in to pick up the truck only to wait hours to find out it still wasn't ready. They did lend us their shop truck after a while, and while we appreciated that, the F250 broke our gas budget. Bottom line, the people who run this company - Nate & Jennifer, are rude, condescending and either so completely unorganized they don't know what's going on in their own company OR absolute cheaters & liars. I'm not sure which of those two groups they'd like to be in, but I will never recommend Arizona Differential LLC (the one on Weldon, run by Nate) to anyone, ever. (We took it back to AAMCO & they diagnosed and fixed within two days for a fair price.) more

Henry and the crew did an awsome job on my 14 bolt 3/4 T. I picked up a used 14 bolt 3/4 T with 4:10 gears, only problem was that my 1/2 T Chevy Z71 had 3:73 gears. They changed the ring and pinion, bearings, seals and finished it with fresh coat of black paint. The price still has a cheapskate like me smiling! Pros: Excellent service Cons: Can't think of any more
