Joe, the owner of AV Trends did a complete home entertainment system in my Naples Fl. home in 2009. They did a very professional job, paying great attention to detail, along with providing the best products money can buy. But the best part is 'After the Sale', and that is where most companies forget about you...most companies collect their money, and they are gone! Not AV Trends...their follow up service is fair, fast, and efficient every single time I have had a concern. I have a unique situation as I spend most of the year in Chicago, so if I encounter an issue with my renters re: operation of equipment, power outages, etc., Joe and his crew at AV Trends are at your service immediately to put things back to normal again! I can't believe the results! After spending years looking for a company in lower Manhattan to find me a solution to my poor wireless signal throughout my 3500sf apartment, I found AV Trends. We have a larger home, around 7,500sf. We struggled with multiple companies over the years to get a solution for the lack of wireless due to the concrete and steel construction. We tried AV Trends, they gave us a guarantee, that they would install a wireless solution that would work. Much to our surprise, this wireless mesh network they installed not only gave us full wireless throughout the home, but it extended out across the entire property! These guys are head on with their knowledge & recommendations. We took advantage of their complimentary consultation and they ended up saving us quite a bit of money. If anyone hasn't heard of NuVo Technology, your missing out. AV Trends installed our NuVo whole home audio system with key pads and it saved us around $2-3k compared to other companies we got quotes from. I actually would like to adopt him or at least bring him back to New Jersey with me to do the same quality work he did in Florida for us. We just moved into a new model home in Naples and Joe set up four beautiful TVs for me. One of them is outside on a lanai over a fireplace without any wires anywhere.Because this was a new home and the necessary cable lines that should have been laid did not exist, it could have been a real hassle for anyone else. Not for Joe though! His patience and resolve in dealing with Comcast on our behalf was amazing!His pricing of the TVs was more than fair, as well as his labor charges. The Byte Shop computer store was there, this new group AV Trends, really cleaned the place up! It's actually a pleasure to shop there now. Everything is so clean, they aded a theater room, which is spectacular. The prices seem better than fair and I got same day computer repair at no additional charge! I'm an experienced computer user. A crash after an MS update left me unable to access programs or data. AV-Trends fixed my computer in an hour and charged a very fair price. They also fixed a stuck key on my laptop gratis. I am very pleased. JOEL more

First off, what a wonderful experience & everyone should at the very least, give this company a call and chat with them about potential projects. After determining what Best Buy was trying to sell me was junk. I ventured down 41 in search of something better. I just so happened to notice AV Trends, located right next to Motor Toys and thought I would give them a try. I typically think that independently owned stores are more expensive, but I paid slightly less than I expected for the TVs & receivers. They installed 4 TVs, and hid all the cable boxes and DVD players in an unused closet in my home. No More Wires! At first I thought the Labor rates we're slightly high, but after seeing, how time intensive the job actually took, without much of any disturbance inside the home, it was well worth it. I even paid a $100.00 tip. Money well spent! They are servicing my computers now, as we speak. Thank You Joe, Colbert & The rest of the staff! more
