Joe, the owner of AV Trends did a complete home entertainment system in my Naples Fl. home in 2009. They did a very professional job, paying great attention to detail, along with providing the best products money can buy. But the best part is 'After the Sale', and that is where most companies forget about you...most companies collect their money, and they are gone!
Not AV Trends...their follow up service is fair, fast, and efficient every single time I have had a concern.
I have a unique situation as I spend most of the year in Chicago, so if I encounter an issue with my renters re: operation of equipment, power outages, etc., Joe and his crew at AV Trends are at your service immediately to put things back to normal again!
I would not ever consider anyone other than AV Trends for any of my entertainment and audio/visual needs. They are experienced, and provide superior quality products along with industry leading service to back it up!
